Michigan Football Tickets Have Arrived

Yes, I’m old school and approaching “get off my lawn” old. That being said, I opted for paper tickets this season. I excitedly opened the package to see what cool theme the Athletic Department came up with this season. It appears they have fired the creativity team and replaced them with the crew that brought you Mustard Skittles.

I know that the push to digital tickets is behind this lack of effort, but come on. We’re headed for undoubtedly a magical season. No picture of Donovan dusting OSU’s defense? No J.J.? I thought Michael Barrett was everywhere. Shouldn’t he be on a ticket? End rant. I will now move to anxiously awaiting the start of this season; dreaming of huge victories and sitting at my seat with a warm pizza, good beer and an epileptic light show. Go Blue!

I received mine on Thursday.

I have already asked for a refund of the $50 I spent on these.

This was to be the last time printed tickets were available so I expected something cool.

Alas, this is not cool. Had we known there would be no effort put into these prior to paying the extra $50, I know of no one who would have purchased them.

I don't use the paper tickets but had plans to frame them like the 2022 set!

Even the stock they’re printed on is noticeably cheaper than anytime in the past. Just one more reminder that season ticket holders are faceless marks to the decision makers. Their idea of a customer relationship is squeezing us to the point of, but not quite, voting with our wallets.

I was so disappointed. Isn't this the final season you can get paper tickets? What an unnecessary slap in the face. They should fix this by sending out reprints without barcodes for memorabilia purposes.

When you renewed your tickets and opted for the paper tickets, they told you the tickets were going to be bland. You might have just missed it.

This is the last year for paper tickets BTW

I keep and collect every sporting event ticket I've ever been to. It's been tricky in recent years and a few years ago as a new season ticket holder, paper was not an option. Lo and behold, I end up spending $10 per ticket for a "commemorative ticket" to each home game. An option would be nice!
