Winovich tweet ... going pro?

Edit: Moot point. Tweets today he'll be back. Perhaps the bittersweet moment was hacking off the hair?

I’ll wait for your expertise. 250 pound defensive end, not likely. Future is outside linebacker at next level. If he can add 20 pounds and keep his motor, defensive end. His frame won’t handle it. He will get drafted but if he worked on run Defense, he would go much earlier next year. As for you, Contrarian isn’t an intellect.

declaring that are smaller than Winvoich like Arden Key who played at 238 lbs, Harold Landry who is about the same size as Winovich, Hercules Mata'afa who played at 250 as a DT but projects to DE, Dorace Armstrong who played at 244 lbs, Josh Sweat who played at 250, Ja'Von Rolland-Jones who played at 245, Marquis Haynes who played at 222 lbs.Kemoko Turay who played at 250.

Look at Vic Beasley, he played at 235 at Clemson and got drafted at top 10.

He'd be drafted probably in the 2nd or 3rd round right now. But compare him to Taco from last year and he's smaller and doesn't have amazing measurables in terms of speed or length to offset for that. I honestly don't know if it would matter of he came back because it's unlikely he'd grow taller or get appreciably faster, but he's not a slam-dunk first rounder and so an argument can be made to stick around another year and see if you can improve your stock. I wouldn't blame him for going, but the gamble would be could he improve enough to get himself into the first round, since it's unlikely his floor would be much different.

with whatever he decides. He'll be missed if he goes, but it's an opportunity for someone else to step in and make their name known.  Love the kid's passion both on and off the field.  Go BLUE!

That song contains the line, "her hair blowing in the breeze." Maybe he is bittersweet, more sweet than bitter, bitter than sweet about cutting off his glorious orange locks. I mean, it could be about that, right? Please. He helped raise awareness and a ton of money but his team lost the game. That would be bittersweet, unless you are Alanis Morrisette, and then it would be ironic.
