The guys at Rivals are TERRIBLE at "insider" information. Chris Balas is a complete blowhard. I don't know if you were paying attention during the last coaching search, but he changed his story daily and took credit for things even when he was wrong.

They seem to be the sound board for what the administration wants to get out to the fanbase and have a STRONG connection to Carr Faction....while telling you about the problems with factions...as if they are clean of all of it.

Bacon has no connections. There was a time, under Lloyd and RR, when he maybe did but those days are gone. All you can really hope for right now is that he or someone he knows has a line to Harbaugh, because it seems like nobody has an inside line in Schembechler Hall

Ditto on Henson/Ferguson. Followed to get UM scuttlebutt, unfollowed to avoid racist/classist tweets every 30 secs.. it was unbelievable.
So the OP question remains: Who is gonna tell us what is really happenin BEFORE the news comes out?!
