Urban Meyer Breaks Down Joe Milton and Michigan Offense

Joe Milton is really impressive. He's a freak athlete and had command of the offense

Gattis called a great game. His best game since he's been at Michigan. The spread is fully implemented.

Does he actually say "Michigan" or is he still doing that dumb-as-hell schtick where he only says "Wolverines" because he has to cater to the mouthbreathers in Columbus?

Either way I'm not interested in hearing his fake praise.

I'll take his analysis all day long.  Sure he's a buckeye/ Notre Dame guy, so yeah, he hates Michigan, but his breakdowns of plays is very refreshing. He does them so well, breaking down complex plays and strategies for guys like me.

It's the same reason I like Mgoblog.  Sure I enjoy the humor, but the analysis for why stuff is working, and what is not is really top notch and makes me feel better or worse about a situation.

I don't need another broadcaster saying a bunch of cliche stuff, like whoever hits harder is going to win. Make me know more about why something works.

I would be okay if we never saw another thread talking about Urban Meyer.  I will only revise my opinion on the matter if he takes another gig and is coaching against UM.

Good.. .now maybe the Meyer hate can stop here... he always been straight about us, and hes right.

And, this is the return of Michigan football the way we want it.  People here don't realize that we're back in a big way.

Remember that time the Big Ten allowed Urban Meyer to recruit as head coach while Like Fickell was still the head coach and doing bowl prep. Fun times that.

There's zero doubt that he's doing analysis for others besides BTN.

Hope there are some wrinkles that are being worked in over the season. I would think the spread power run game has a few variations that are doable along with a host of pass variations.

Have to love the run block right and throw the out pass left. That is gonna be seen a bit in the future for sure.  Gattis is what we hoped he'd be and I don't need to wait and see any more to know that already.
