Holy shit, this is embarrassing as hell

This is the worst effort in the last 5 years of Michigan bball. When we got pummeed by MSU last year, at least you could tell that we were trying.

Stauskas just shoot the ball. Maybe it will go in and he can get going. Much better option than letting Glenn touch it right now. He has so much talent he just needs to relax and stay within himself too many forces for glenn

I'd sit Nik & GR3 next game. Start Spike & Irvin. A message has to be sent. Their play has been lazy on both ends.

If Iowa could pull a 13 min FG drought a la their game against MSU that'd be great.

Absolutely terrible foul call.  Why can he throw his elbow into the defender and then get to shoot free throws?

If Iowa was shooting their season average from deep they would only be leading by 8 points.

Iowa is 10-15 from 3.  If we're going to make a move, we need to do it now, but a 20 pt defecit to overcome in 11 minutes is asking a lot.

Crisler is that loud. Were you in a coma during the Michigan MSU game last year, Michigan Arizona game or Michigan Ohio game last year?

That possession was the game in a nutshell.  Iowa gets a wide-open look off one pass, and then three Iowa guys are in the paint (against one Michigan player) for the rebound, and a guy who was never boxed out gets the putback.

 

           Everytime you think you want Michigan to run a 1-3-1, remember this 2nd half.  They don't force turnovers and they'll get killed even worse than usual on the glass.  For what it's worth, I don't know what the hell Spike did to get so much playing time.

iNik needs to figure out how to treat shorter guards.  You would think he can shoot over them and it gives us an advantage on the boards, but he seems to have lost his confidence.

Luckily for Stauskas there aren't many 5'10" NBA players to shut him down.

Carbon copy of the Indiana game.  One guy plays a career game and the non-shooters make every shot.  And just like Indiana, if Michigan can do something wrong they will.  Coach B. better figure out a solution to a small quick guy covering Stauskas, because this is the 2nd time in 3 games it has completely stalled M's offense.  My least favorite part is jthat in their next game, Iowa will come out and shoot 3-20 from downtown again.
