Yeah, I actually haven't seen where it was filed. I presumed there'd be a lag on timing in the next few hours, but admittedly not my area of expertise since I don't really touch PACER.

Congratulations on being the new most famous mgoblog poster.
November 10th, 2023 at 8:10 PM ^
Seriously. Can we tack on 1,000,000 MGo Points for this Known Friend and Trusted Agent?
November 10th, 2023 at 8:26 PM ^
He's the WD of our times.
November 10th, 2023 at 7:59 PM ^
Thats because its in Washentaw:
November 10th, 2023 at 8:27 PM ^
Somebody go over there and start sniffing around and let is know what you hear.
Take Connor with you.
November 10th, 2023 at 9:25 PM ^
OK please let's not stalk a judge. We want him on our side.
November 10th, 2023 at 8:12 PM ^
someone on Victors Valiant said judge is Timothy B. Connors....if that helps??
November 10th, 2023 at 8:51 PM ^
That was probably someone who is in one of the classes the judge teaches at Michigan Law School.
November 10th, 2023 at 10:07 PM ^
OK, here's the docket, parties, court, and case number. I don't know whether there is a way to pull documents from the court's website, but I assume not since there are no links here. But this is what people need to track happenings in the case going forward.
November 10th, 2023 at 7:55 PM ^
Not hating on the OP, but it is quite fitting that it’s news from Angelique well after the fact.
November 10th, 2023 at 7:58 PM ^
Angelique and Balas are each others "sources" most of the time.
November 10th, 2023 at 7:56 PM ^
To be clear. The first filing was Harbaugh's with his attorney. The second was the school with theirs.
November 10th, 2023 at 7:57 PM ^
From little bit ago-how legit is uncwolverine on Victors Valiant? Posted at 720 est
Update 6:20pm 11/10:
Person 1:
- Judge has made his decision. It's being written up as we speak. Expecting Harbaugh to coach tomorrow.
- Patience is required, im expecting it to become public sometime tonight barring any hold ups.
Person 2:
- Team is galvanized. Harbaugh will be on the sidelines with a pissed off team.
- Coaching staff is also pissed off. Herbert was visibly upset
- Players will have a player only meeting as well tonight.
Person 3:
- Conversations have been had with ACC, Big 12, and SEC. All options on table. Nothing immenint. But planning is being done. (Will have more on this later.....)
- You can bet your **** they are coming after certain schools and the Big Ten now.
- Part of me thinks this is all planned to get Michigan to move out of the Big Ten and to take it down. Sankey did say he liked Pettiti and they thought the same.
Update 5:30pm
- Michigan has filed its injunction. Hopefully we get a response before the team dinner tonight.
Update 4:10pm 11/10
Person 1:
- Expect a ruling on the injunction sometime late this evening or early tomorrow morning.
- Michigan still waiting for communication from the Big Ten. Apparently they let the media and social media know before them.
- It's almost like Pettiti wants Michigan gone from the B1G.
Person 2:
- Michigan will get injunction and then focus on the game.
- I'll be suprised if there are news drops today or tomorrow. I was told Sunday or next week. But wouldn't be suprised if things change.
- Everything is fluid, lots of conversations happening and lots of analysis happening.
Person 3:
- Expect a completion of the sign stealing information first.
- Then leaks about impermissible benefits and etc.
- Not sure how or when things will be released. PR firm and legal coordinating and planning.

and sorry if not allowed to repost.
November 10th, 2023 at 8:04 PM ^
I know we have/had a uncwolverine on here. Maybe the same person. Either way, I can't make sense of what's happening here, but sounds interesting and like someone who at least has some information.
November 10th, 2023 at 8:09 PM ^
Yea took me a minute to figure it kind of out..most current info at top under 610 pm (if that is what you meant)
Looks like they are getting info from 3 people
November 10th, 2023 at 8:08 PM ^
Judge Timothy P. Connors...someone said on there is handling
November 10th, 2023 at 8:16 PM ^
Sounds like things I want to hear so I believe it.
November 10th, 2023 at 8:28 PM ^
Seems reasonable to me lol
November 10th, 2023 at 8:22 PM ^
This is the same content that is on 247 Board (TMI) from someone under another name, FWIW.
November 10th, 2023 at 8:28 PM ^
Oh ok..yea it says paste but I have no clue..just heard about that board this week and never goto it and just thought about it.
Maybe they grabbed it from the 247 board then??
November 10th, 2023 at 8:29 PM ^
You had me at Herbert was visibly upset
November 10th, 2023 at 7:59 PM ^
'Bet' in this context is the equivalent of 'alright, motherfuckers'..
This is attempted sabotage, plain and simple.
Launch Lil' Petite to the moon.
November 10th, 2023 at 8:05 PM ^
Forgive me if I’ve missed something. Did M file in US District Court or Washtenaw Circuit Court?
November 10th, 2023 at 8:07 PM ^
If they didn't file 3 simultaneously in 3 jurisdictions, they're doing it wrong
November 10th, 2023 at 8:25 PM ^
Bad idea. All complaints filed require that the plaintiff must establish the court’s jurisdiction. You can’t state that Court A has jurisdiction in a complaint and do the same in Court B simultaneously.
November 10th, 2023 at 8:40 PM ^
No--don't file competing motions.
November 10th, 2023 at 8:07 PM ^
Washentaw County
November 10th, 2023 at 8:20 PM ^
Thanks! Probably a smart place to begin.
November 10th, 2023 at 8:22 PM ^
That looks like it was approved!
Am I reading that correctly?
November 10th, 2023 at 8:31 PM ^
Not a lawyer but it certainly reads like it was approved.
November 10th, 2023 at 8:34 PM ^
No, this is just what has happened so far, nothing approving it.
November 10th, 2023 at 8:37 PM ^
I’m going to be reading every word you type for rest of this evening.
November 10th, 2023 at 8:40 PM ^
No that’s just what had been filed.
November 10th, 2023 at 8:40 PM ^
Not yet but the paywall insiders are very confident it gets approved tonight.
November 10th, 2023 at 8:43 PM ^
I'm not reading it that way. There would be an order on the docket. I don't see one.
November 10th, 2023 at 8:34 PM ^
EDIT: if you want to see the case and refresh repeatedly... instructions:

November 10th, 2023 at 8:40 PM ^
I’ve tried multiple times with no luck, keep getting an error message. My guess is they are getting so much traffic the site is crashing.
November 10th, 2023 at 8:43 PM ^
No, I think it's cookies, I'll update my post again with instructions.
November 10th, 2023 at 8:47 PM ^
It’s not. You have to access each case individually. You can’t link to Michigan state court case searches.
November 10th, 2023 at 9:42 PM ^
Yeah I realized I was just repasting it in my other browser tab to check the link which does no good to check that it worked for someone else.
November 10th, 2023 at 9:04 PM ^
Yep. I got it work now. Will it show up on this page when a decision had been made?
November 10th, 2023 at 9:33 PM ^
You will need to refresh the page.
November 10th, 2023 at 8:51 PM ^
Beautiful, it worked for me. So...what am I looking for when I refresh?
November 10th, 2023 at 9:41 PM ^
You should see "Order" and then saying granting or denying the motion. We want to see an Order granting the motion for the temporary restraining order.
November 10th, 2023 at 8:08 PM ^
UM law school lecturer Timothy Connors is the judge
November 10th, 2023 at 8:22 PM ^
He might recuse himself due to the connection with a party to the litigation.
November 10th, 2023 at 8:30 PM ^
Fuck that. Now is not the time to start following due process.
