Tiny Tim Excuses Prediction Thread

"We played under screens bc Michigan hasn't proven they can shoot outside consistently. Today, they hit their shots."
This is probably the truth, but it also seems like that's how they were defending.
February 8th, 2020 at 2:29 PM ^
So as Izzo will say...
Lucky shots
February 8th, 2020 at 2:35 PM ^
"They crotched in some 3's."
February 8th, 2020 at 2:54 PM ^
He's already implied they would have won if they had Langford.
February 8th, 2020 at 3:16 PM ^
Dude hasn't played all season. Similarly, Michigan would have won if they had ONE of Brazdeikis/Poole/Matthews. Oh wait, they won anyway.
February 8th, 2020 at 2:29 PM ^
Tim Izzo. I like it now that Dintoni is gone.
February 8th, 2020 at 4:16 PM ^
He won’t like it at all now. He is the sole leg of the tripod that was Dicktonia, Hollis and Lizzo. All eyes are on his program now, especially with the AG investigating. Over/under on 2 years left for “tiny”?
Karma.
February 8th, 2020 at 4:22 PM ^
OMG we have to make Lizzo happen

Something something weird guys. It's been a tough week for me personally after my unindicted co-conspirator took the money and ran.
February 8th, 2020 at 2:35 PM ^
LOL. Was going to say the same thing about weird guys. Well played darkstar!!
February 8th, 2020 at 6:30 PM ^
Archived. Would ask for consent to utilize in the future, but your autocratic ass will no doubt say no. ?
February 9th, 2020 at 6:32 AM ^
Agree with your assertion but upvoted for user name/avatar combo. Well played.

No excuses for that piss-poor performance from spartie. The refs tried to keep them in the game (17-2 FTA, at Crisler, WTF?) but MSU just has too many issues this year. It's Winston, Tillman, and then who? Henry gave them some offense in spurts, but he's not ready to be an Alpha yet.
February 8th, 2020 at 2:44 PM ^
You sound like a Spartan fan. Piss poor performance. Maybe M's defense had a little something to do with it. Just saying
February 8th, 2020 at 4:54 PM ^
They scored 3 points in the first 9 minutes of the game. Our defense played well, but no defense is that good. It’s OK to admit the Sparties played like shit. They have been playing like shit lately. The broadcast even showed a graph highlighting their poor starts this season.
February 8th, 2020 at 2:36 PM ^
It's pretty disappointing that the refs didn't help us enough, even though till the end when we had to foul them too much, I felt like the refs failed us in our ability to cheat and win this game.
I really believe that's how he feels, midget mind in a midget body, I don't give a fuck how un-PC that sounds.
February 8th, 2020 at 2:40 PM ^
We didn't follow the yellow brick road.
February 8th, 2020 at 2:43 PM ^
They out rebounded us, which we weren't prepared for and was completely unfair.
February 8th, 2020 at 2:44 PM ^
weird lineups
strange calls
phantom injuries
guys leaving early for the nba
i drew up great plays, my players missed a lot of open looks
i'm a bitch
February 8th, 2020 at 2:46 PM ^
"It's not fair that we were the preseason #1. It put too much pressure on us. Michigan had the luxury of being unranked."
February 8th, 2020 at 2:46 PM ^
Despite Izzo's success, I really don't like him very much
Constant chatter in refs ears.
Why is that even legal?
February 8th, 2020 at 2:53 PM ^
Until the pussie refs call start calling T’s the midget will keep doing it.
February 8th, 2020 at 2:50 PM ^
"It's not fair that we had to account for Isaiah Livers today."
February 8th, 2020 at 2:52 PM ^
Ann Arbor police / football coaching search fatigue
February 8th, 2020 at 2:53 PM ^
I think he blame his players for their effort level not being what it needs to be
February 8th, 2020 at 2:57 PM ^
Or maybe blame himself, since it's his job to prepare those players to go.
The guy is in the Hall of Fame and still can't ever accept responsibility.
February 8th, 2020 at 3:03 PM ^
I'm guessing if he calls out his players effort few in the media will point out that it's part of his job, but if they win their next game he'll be credited for motivating via criticism after the Michigan loss
February 8th, 2020 at 2:56 PM ^
“We can’t beat teams with functioning Livers.”
February 8th, 2020 at 2:57 PM ^
This Izzo guy sounds like a real jerk!
February 8th, 2020 at 3:04 PM ^
Izzo never fails to disappoint:
Tom Izzo on how different Michigan is with Isaiah Livers: "How different would we be with Josh Langford?"
— Zach Shaw (@_ZachShaw) February 8, 2020
Says it was other players, like Simpson from 3, Johns off the bench, that beat the Spartans.
February 8th, 2020 at 3:28 PM ^
Remember John Beilein complaining about how Mitch McGary, Caris LeVert, Derrick Walton and Spike Albrecht had season-ending injuries? Or how Ben Cronin injured himself before his freshman season and never saw the court at all?
Me neither.
But to Tiny Tom, of course it's relevant that they were without a guy who hasn't played a basketball game since 2018.
February 8th, 2020 at 4:03 PM ^
I like that he mentioned Johns, a player who rejected MSU to play for Michigan, as a reason Michigan won.
February 8th, 2020 at 3:06 PM ^
“If Foster Loyer was 4 inches taller, we would’ve won!”
February 8th, 2020 at 6:34 PM ^
And he’d also finally not need a booster seat.
February 8th, 2020 at 3:12 PM ^
Well, that flagrant call took the wind out of our sails...
February 8th, 2020 at 3:28 PM ^
Fuck you tiny tom....
you rape enabling / concealing punk ass little bitch whiny mother fucker!!!
February 8th, 2020 at 4:17 PM ^
"The refs only mostly favored us. We need them to be 100 percent behind us to win."
February 8th, 2020 at 5:54 PM ^
Michigan's new coach is a weird guy.
February 8th, 2020 at 8:47 PM ^
Izzo never knew Michigan had a player named Jeff Jackson who could shoot 3's. The player was nowhere on the scouting report.
February 9th, 2020 at 12:37 AM ^
"much like me, my refs came up short today ..."
