One HELL of a job by a great Michigan Man in very stressful circumstances, and he's passed every test!

Sherrone is definitely deserving of an appreciation thread! The man did a fantastic job guiding our Wolverines to three straight big-time wins, Thanks Sherrone! I wonder how long we're going to have him and Jesse before they move on to HC gigs.

I appreciate Sherrone Moore!!

Under the most trying of circumstances, he has crushed it. Can't say enough about the job he's done. Thank you, Coach, you are, and always will be, a true Michigan Man!!

I didn’t love the decision to run on that last 3rd down instead of putting it in JJ’s hands, BUT Moore handled an unreal amount of adversity like a Champion.  Love that dude.

Would have liked to have thrown too, but on first or second, something pitch and catch like that Loveland play on 4th down earlier. I think trading 30 seconds or a To is worth a shot at ending the game right there. But then again putting it in your defense's hand worked out too.

Man, I appreciated him just for the huge improvement in the OL play over the last few years. So, yeah, that whole playcalling and leadership under adversity isn’t bad, either. Thanks, Coach!

I love how he and Jesse seem to be so close, too.

I'm getting old. I've seen a lot of stuff. These last 3 seasons have made a lot of very dark periods fade into the distant past.

Thank you Sherrone, all of the coaches, and most importantly this special group of young men. You don't win today without a culture of excellence, and that's VERY difficult to create and maintain.

There were a lot of armchair QB's today complaining about burning a lot of downs, turtling prematurely, and playing not to lose.  I was one of them.  But I'm here to say that he made some gutsy calls and some gambling calls when OSU was ripe for them.  And he knew when to push the middle when it wasn't there all day.  He did enough to win, even if he could've won bigger (and I remain convinced he could have).  But he did one other thing that we've all overlooked so far...

He delivered Harbaugh's championship quality team back to him, undefeated, and every bit as good as when he took it over.

The Zinter loss hurts, it hurts bad.  But with Barnhart moving over and both Jones and Hinton ready to take over RT, and with no other teams on the near horizon where 7 OL are needed, we can deal with it.

Thank you Sherron, for delivering the same season we would have had if Harbaugh was free.  What an OUTSTANDING job after so much bullshit!

Listened to the post-mortem on the other 97.1 from Cbus.  They were surprisingly even handed in assessing the loss.  They said ‘any momentum from tying the game at 17-17 was lost on Michigan’s big TD drive.  Also credited Sherrone Moore for calling a pretty good game and not really making mistakes.

Boss... straight up BOSS!

He's done something no one would have thought possible just a short while ago...something never done before.

His name will go down in the history book of great achievements for the winningest programme in FB.

Great job by Coach Moore. He had an amazing amount of pressure wearing multiple hats with his in game duties. A historical win with no doubt about it.

I'll be honest, I was swearing up a storm on that 3rd down call and settling for a FG, still think it was an awful call, but, he did a good job overall!

Coach Moore,

You will always be remembered as a Michigan legend and you will never be forgotten for what you have meant to those young men who fought for you and believed in you. No matter what your future holds for you, you have earned it and you deserve every bit of success that comes your way. As a fan, thank you for stepping up in these unusual circumstances and proving to the world that there is no better place to be than Michigan.

Thank you coach. Go Blue!!!

I was worried that he was in over his head. No previous HC experience. Thrown into the fray with games on the road v top 10 PSU & decent Turtles and #2 angry, motivated powerhouse rival. Too much multitasking juggling HC, play caller, OC, & OL coach

Moore was my biggest concern for us going into the game.

So glad I was wrong! Kudos, Coach Moore. You will be a true Michigan legend forever.

Now, we get our coach back and can make a run at our third consecutive B1G title and the National Championship! IT’S GREAT TO BE A MICHIGAN WOLVERINE!!!

GO BLUE!!
