Selection Show/Bracketology Open thread
Nope... I remember preseason a lot of Spartan fans thinking he wasn't going to be what he was hyped up as, but before, during, and after, no one complained about Wilson being a part of Wisconsin.
received a #1 seed over 28-4 B12 tournament champs Missouri is beyond me.
All about Strength of Schedule.

As long as we aren't in Kentucky's bracket. I don't want to see the Unibrow any sooner than I have to.
would work for me. Let's make it happen.
I like that sponsors are now euphemistically referred to "corporate champions."
Throw Northwestern a bone...
That Iona vs Uconn game is gonna be a good one to watch
No surprise
Followed by Kentucky/Indiana.
My boys from Ames are going to beat UConn. book it.
Wichita State - VCU is going to be tough. VCU is damn good, might pull it off
Good thing the show is on CBS
Good: No New Mexico State; several spots out west are now taken (not all)
Bad: wouldn't have minded S Dakota State.
I wonder if the selection committee intentionally tries to make "bracketologist" Joe Lunardi look even more stupid.
Colorado's an 11 seed? Wow.
to see the Pac 12 get three bids if they think that highly of Colorado.
xavier is a tough draw for ND. I'm picking that as an xavier upset.
deffinetly looks like an upset there, Xavier can play with the best of them when they are on
As a student at X I am really excited about our draw. ND is beatable, especially against a Xavier team that can play with anybody when they are on.
They're showing the Big Ten a lot of love so far. Maybe Northwestern made it.
That is a tough bracket...a lot of smaller teams that are VERY good.
Good for Michigan. Still hoping we end up in the EAST!
The south region is pretty deep, a lot of solid teams in there.
Spartans to play LIU Brooklyn and then winner of Memphis / St. Louis
Lol if Memphis upsets MSU. :)
Sparty gets Memphis in Round 2?
Yikes.
Memphis seems like a potentially tough 2nd round matchup for Sparty...
sparty has to play memphis (kenpom #9) in the 2nd round
Wow, Memphis is a brutal 2nd-round draw for MSU.
Book it.
Steve Alford winning big at New Mexico is even more bizarre than Amaker succeeding at Harvard. It's weird how some guys can't do it in this conference.
would love to be in this bracket.
Florida, the second best team in the SEC, a 7 seed.
They certainly don't think much of the at-large bids, do they? 14 seed?
that may have been b/c BYU can't play on Sunday, and they couldn't fit them on the 13 line.
Wow. How?
Bye Bye Drexel and Seton Hall.
Iona got in, meaning a big boy got robbed.
USF and BYU shouldn't have gotten in.
