RRod headed for Tulsa — Pearlie visit?

Submitted by VivaCommieFootball on
Here's another update on Rich Rod's recruiting jaunt across America. After spending the morning and afternoon in Cleveland (visiting Hall? Edwards?), the coaches are leaving for Tulsa Int'l airport around 3:30 p.m. They're no doubt going to visit Pearlie Graves in an effort to keep him on board. Anybody else he might be after? (Wild card: renewing interest in Oregon State commit Michael Doctor, who's from Tulsa? He was recruited by Hopson but never got an offer. After losing Jordan Barnes, maybe we're making a late push?) ALSO, If you had to guess about DeQuinta Jones and Pearlie, what are the percentage chances we keep them? I'm feeling: Jones: 70% Graves: 30% I think we'll probably hold onto one, which is OK, seeing as Campbell's already throwing up on Barwis Beach as we speak.

my comments do not reflect on the University of Michigan since I am an individual with no connection to the University. And if you do take what people say and post on here as a reflection of the U of M and the good coaches of that school, then you might want check yourself into a mental ward because to do so would be quite idiotic. Btw WTB, I think you should go get a bull horn and head out to YOst during the next hockey game and lecture those U of M students not to be so rude and chant such bad things. It's just unbecoming of U of M students and it really has hurt UM Hockey recruiting. RIGHT? Photobucket

All right Craven, enough is enough. I am a Missouri native and take great offense to your anti-Missouri sentiments. While I recognize Missouri's shortcomings - ignorance of reality, religious fundamentalism, antipathy for any person who isn't Christian or white - I believe it has enough redeeming qualities to deserve better than being referred to as the "Blow Me State." Don't believe me? Why don't you go on a camping trip in the Ozarks or the Mark Twain National Forest? Or perhaps go to a Cardinals game and enjoy the great breweries in St. Louis. And seriously, Al Gore's "poop mouth" (Anchorman, anyone?) has produced more good for this world than you could ever dream of.

but I'll say it - Craven is the most annoying, useless poster on MGoBlog. It's quite an honor. He has never added anything above toilet humor or extremely lame sex jokes to this board. Add in constant unsolicited political commentary (can't lie, I've done this myself), and you get one annoying poster.

Haha, actually I always a willing participant in those chants at hockey games. I never even attended a hockey game until I started school up at Michigan. I was startled at first with all the obscene chants and songs, but I grew to like them. I always enjoyed those hockey games. I think it was my junior year when they attempted to crack down on those chants. Good stuff...
