And takes more wolverine pictures. Seeing how I haven't gotten to many pictures of the other wolverines. I was sort of happy because he was wandering around the pen.

are wolverines compared to other animals. I have always assumed it is between a badger and small bear (maybe a cub) in size.
If I remember correctly they get to about 30 or 40 pounds. I think they are bigger than a badger but much smaller than a bear.
6'6", 305 pounds
There is also a wolverine at the zoo in Birch Run / Frankenmuth. Just FYI.
I didn't realize there was a zoo there. Just thought there were bargain outlets.....
You've never been to Bronners? All the pretty lights! Listen to Santa's message on the phone. You must go!
And thank you for the wolverine pictures. They're swell.
I was referring more to Birch Run than Frankenmuth. OF course I've been to Bronner's, I think that is part of the Michigan citizenship test or something. And Zehnders...
Mmmm....chicken.
Visit the Beer Museum thing in the Zender's parking lot, after a chicken dinner. Even if the beer making part is closed, they've got a great selection of single bottles of Michigan craft brews.
Here is the link to their website:

Great place, many of the animals have been rescued from idiots who thought it would be cool to own an exotic animal.
Sweet Moses what a slopfest. I think the first time I ate there I was 13 in the heighth of my puberty. The pound of bacon gave me a boner.
I got a BLT there once a few years back. I only was able to eat the bacon. After eating a pound of deep fried bacon I could not stomach the idea of eating either lettuce or tomato, or any vegetable for that matter.
do wolverine feedings that can be watched? Might be quite the site.
Thanks for the pix; seems whenever I see the local wolverine here in cbus at the zoo, it is hardly moving around.
He's probably taunted too much.....Or they feed him buckeyes.
I think at the Detroit Zoo they make a Buckeye pinata for the wolverines.
Wolverines particularly enjoy feeding on Buckeye:
Why couldn't you find a Wolverine pointing at something or the one with dreds.
I love the Detroit Zoo. Anyone remember this ad from the '80s?
to my early childhood. That really was a catchy commericial.
