I mean, unless his wife is not shallow and materialstic, and appreciates being given what she asks for.
But yeah, prolly screwed.

Happy Mothers Day!!!! Have a Blessed Day and enjoy the family. You deserve all the adoration you receive on this day.
Mother's Day is 100% on the kids at our house.
Wife Gets Her Birthday & Anniversary.
Yes indeed, without mom, none of us would be here to laud / bitch about games and so forth, and perhaps even some of our moms have had to sit through one of those rants, so they definitely deserve a special day.
We're starting with breakfast over here, then my wife and I will be visiting her mom for lunch, and then we'll come home and I'll make the lasagna that she requested for dinner.
Happy Mother's Day to the MGoMoms!
God bless all our Wolverine Moms!
My husband just went to get me a diet coke and some bagels. The only other thing I want is for my kids to be nice to each other. Is that too much to ask?
Talk about low maintenance!
Someone thinks "Diet Coke and some bagels, and kids be nice to each other" is low maintenance?? It's low cost, I'll admit. But if I asked my family to buy me a bunch of roses and a pair of earrings, they would probably consider that much easier to arrange. :-)
Fortunately, kids grow up. I watched my youngest graduate from high school this week, and my four offspring will be at my house later this week for a belated Mother's Day celebration. And they'll be getting along with each other! Life is good.
This is real life, not a fairy tale!
And to all the FUPA's....we salute you!
I got an orchid lei shipped in from Hawaii ($30 for the flowers, $50 for shipping); made cheddar cheese biscuits from scratch for breakfast; and offered to make her favorite pasta dish (pasta con sarde) for dinner.
Oh, and I cleaned up after myself. That's probably the most important bit.
Job well done. Cleaning up after yourself just might be the part she remembers the most! ;)
And to the DADS that did our part in impregnating those lucky mothers!
Wait, sorry. Wrong day to be about me.
Thanks to our moms and the moms of our kids.
