New flash for you young guys out there: If all the guys on a sports blog or at the gym or on the golf course or at the bar think it's cool or funny, your girlfriend or wife most likely will not. Save everybody the wasted energy. Think about it this way, if your wife or gf and all her female friends thought something was hilarious, especially if it involved a battle of the sexes, how much enjoyment do you think you would get out of it?

I know a handful of women to whom this does not apply very well. They're all in engineering or science fields. Surely not an accident ... :)
I always joke that while women never forget ANYTHING, they never correctly remember whatever it is they didn't forget.
The honest truth is that I probably think that because I wasn't actually listening at the time.
