OT- Game of Thrones S6 E6: Blood of My Blood
I don't think we'll see the Blackfish this week. His confrontation wil be with Jaime leading the Lannister/Frey siege on Riverrun. Jaime will still be in King's Landing this week going against the High Sparrow.
H.H.H., Hodor. :(
Why is my 5-yr old still up? Thank God for DVR... I won't be back here until the show is over, though! Enjoy it!!
is coming

hope we get to see Benjen Stark save Bran and Meera this week. I'm also predicting Ayra kills the Waif today. Last but not least I am still holding out hope that the big dragon eats Dany
Sam and Gilly are on this week. So there is a built in bathroom break if need be.
I think it's primarily a way to get another sword to fight the white walkers, and maybe something happens when Sam tries to become a Maester.
Has anyone else killed a White Walker? And she's the only witness, right?
Wasn't it Sam the Bookish who read in a mouldering tome about the WW's vulnerabiliity to dragonglass? But I'm guessing he needs to be a Maester, because otherwise no one south of the wall will believe him.
Doesn't that takes many years, though? Just how long does the world have? It's not like he can buy a Maester's chain and degree on the internet.
I'm pretty sure Jon killed at least one when they went to rescue the Wildlings. Can't remember if it was with dragonglass or his sword. I could be wrong though
But it seemed last episide, at the end, Meera killed one with the same weapon one of the Children used and failed with. So who knows whats up with that.
The CotF stabbed the WW in the armor. Meera hit him in the neck.
I think Bran better discover some new power pretty damn quick.
That's what this episode determined.
Oh? I thought it was the prophecy told to Cersei when she was a girl.
going to be Tommen's fate. His weakness is his downfall. A king cannot be a tyrant or weak.
Joffery was Richard II and Tommen is Edward II.
after Tommen does something dumb with Cersei
When you say "downfall" you don't know how close to the truth you are.

Sam did take his family's Valyrian steel sword, Heartsbane. Didn't think he had the stones for that.
Not sure he has the strength to wield it, though.

They cast her for next season
He is a feeble king much like Edward II was. He will meet a fate much like Edward II( deposed and strangled/hot poker shoved up ass).
The High Sparrow exists solely because of Tommen's weakness. No king of any worth would long tolerate his ways.
Tommen. All of what you saw tonight was a show. She has been humiliated by Tommen's inability to protect her from High Sparrow's persecution and thus understands that this is not a king to hitch your horse to.
People are expecting Cersei to deal the death blow to Sparrow, but that won't happen. Cersei will fail for the final time.
It was Cersei who reestablished the Faith Militant. Stupid brothercousinfucker.
The power vacuum left by his unexpected death caused Cersei to find a way to distract the masses whilst she provided Tommen with on-the-job-training. Unfortuantely, it has backfired on her terribly.
She thought that at some point Tommen would have desposed of High Sparrow. She never expected that Tommen would be cowed by the High Sparrow. Strength,as Cersei is finding out, is not a trait all Lannisters possess.
