NFL draft thread

Draft day. One of the best sports weekends of the year. Wish they went back to the Saturday draft though

If Hargreaves is a first rounder...then Jehu Chesson is a top 5 pick.  Hargreaves is reportedly still applying Aloe Vera to his burns suffered on Jan. 2nd.

Flipping back and forth from ESPN to NFL Network is the way to go.

So far the draft is going as expected considering Tunsil is a fucking dumbass.

I guess I didn't watch enough college football, but it sure seems like a couple of these defensive linemen/OLBs are all about potential and not so much on-field production.  Both Floyd and Buckner seem like reaches that high.  I guess the same could be said for Elliott, but at least there you have a known quantity, maybe just taken a bit too early.

True, but a RB should not go in the first 10 picks of a draft unless he is truly dominant, and Elliott simply isn't.  So that's just bad drafting, regardless of a couple of defensive players being out.  Buckner is at least a big guy, but drafting Floyd an expecting him to be a really good rusher considering he never could do that in college (playing in the "easier" side of the SEC) seems like a combine-tinged mistake.
