He's pretty good. And by pretty, I mean a lot better than what State is used to. He's a four star, #4 overall Pro-style Qb who committed early to BC but has apparently decided to stay in Michigan. I'm sure he would have been highly interested in us.. if our Qb's were allowed to stay rooted to the ground. However, he does not fit the mold of our qb's. Still talented nonetheless.

When Boisture gets there Nichol and Cousins will be juniors and Maxwell will in all probability be a RS freshmen. BC has nothing on the depth chart.
While we have four recruits in two years there is the possibility that if things don't work for Denard or Jones at QB they can play other positions. That doesn't hold true for the Sparty QBs.
And there's more "proof" that Sparty own the State of Michigan. I guess we'll need to rely on Florida, Penn., and Ohio this year.

It's been rumored he's a PSU lean. There was a post here the other day about how a MSU affiliated guy (don't remember his name) was complaining that Bolden's father is set up with a job at PSU.

Oh yeah don't get me wrong that is a good thing, the games will be much more exciting now. But I'm not going to root for State to get better. It's a paradox.

Issues like "joy" aside, it's not good for us (or for them) for both teams to be strong at the same time. That just makes it harder for either school to dominate in-state recruiting.

I beg to differ. If there is no joy in beating a team that sucks, why did Sparty blow their wad last year after they beat us? We sucked.
And no one can possibly claim to have not enjoyed the 49-3 ass-kicking we laid on Bobby Williams' last team.

So Michigan is kinda like that girl who State just wanted so bad but we would always just blow them off because they really had nothing to offer. Then one night she got just pass out, completely, utterly drunk and totally hooked up with State. It's not like she wanted to but there was really nothing she could do about it and it definetly won't happen again.
So if I prefer to hook up with plastered skanks, what does that make me? Besides gross.

there is very little doubt that MD is better than John l. MD did a good job when he was at Cinncy and now is doing a great job at MSU. Here lies the problem for MSU though, he is a better coach than the program that he works for. I really think that someone will offer him more money at a better program soon (maybe ND next year)and he will be gone. Little brother stepped into something good with him but they will probably have a hard time holding onto him for any real length of time (IMO).
