NIU ranks so highly because they are really crappy at keeping normal AA students in school! Only graduating 33% vs. 66% or whatever shouldn't give them a high grade....

Beilein's offense is set up to create shots for different positions from different spots on the floor. You never see GRIII taking a 3-pointer from the top of the key, for example.

24 weeks 5 days ago	Last 3 Games and Bench Minutes	To win all 3 of these games in a row this year is a feat no team but the sophmore version of the fab five would have accomplished in recent history (post-national championship) with the exception of possibly that '97 squad with bullock, taylor, traylor et. al. Pitt, K-State and NC State are all upper-half Big Ten quality teams. Plus all the games were in pretty quick succession without a ton of time to scout or install a gameplan.  I'm not worried about minutes becuase we will be up by 20 or more in half of our big ten games (Nebraska, Penn State, Northwestern, Purdue, Iowa...Illinois and Wisonsin judgement Pending) and Coach B will be able to give Trey, Trey, Timmayyyyyy, and Nik a lot of bench time.

Once they are beyond the "no chance the other team will come back" point spread, even if it's the first half, those would seem to be garbage points.... What's the all-time-biggest comeback in the second half? I feel like it should be anything more than 3 TD's or 24 points or something regardless of time left....

28 weeks 3 days ago	I'll never forget where I was	I'll never forget where I was watching the game and saw that hit. Crazy. I also remember feeling really bad for Daydrion. The start of that next semester he was supposed to be in my creative writing class and the teacher called his name and he wasn't there. When he showed up a class or two later the teacher had already dropped him. I alway felt like I should have told the teacher what had happenned or something....anyway, glad they are both not having any after-effects and I can't wait to watch the special to see how they're doing.
