OH NO YOU DINDNT!
February 6th, 2011 at 1:48 PM ^
I hope Beilein is taking notice of how effective the pick and roll with Hardaway and Morgan has been, I would argue even more effective than with Morris because Hardaway is a much greater threat as a jump shooter

Dagger in the heart, Blue! Dagger in the heart!
February 6th, 2011 at 1:49 PM ^
oooof.
Fortunate Battle threw that dog up there.
February 6th, 2011 at 1:51 PM ^
Tough knee to the head there, ouch.
February 6th, 2011 at 1:52 PM ^
Nice.
Hit the free throws. Maturing before our eyes.
February 6th, 2011 at 1:52 PM ^
Jordan Morgan has to have some streak of the bellow during the slam, I feel like I see it every game.
February 6th, 2011 at 1:53 PM ^
Yeah great moves on that dunk. We just gotta finish off strong - hit those FTs boys!
February 6th, 2011 at 1:54 PM ^
Hail Hail

Muppets.
February 6th, 2011 at 1:54 PM ^
Anybody hearing somebody yelling "Go Blue!" every Penn State free throw?
February 6th, 2011 at 1:55 PM ^
That sounds like the kind of thing our adorable hooligans would do.
February 6th, 2011 at 1:55 PM ^
damnit
February 6th, 2011 at 1:55 PM ^
Great 2nd half!
Go Blue!
February 6th, 2011 at 1:55 PM ^
why did Morris not flush that dunk?
February 6th, 2011 at 1:55 PM ^
Aww Darius gotta throw that down son.
February 6th, 2011 at 1:56 PM ^
Hardaway is going to be a fantastic player before its all over. How do we keep him here for all 4 years? The logic in my head says that his dad is already rich so there's no "taking care of the family" pull to the pros after any the sophomore-junior years. I don't know anything about the kid academically, but I hope there is a "here I am at Michigan, I'm not leaving here without a sweet degree" thing going on.
Timmy will be a top Big 10 player as a sophomore. We need an extra 2 years after that of this goodness.
I realize he's just a freshman, but the arc he is on has this guy becoming dominant. Help talk me into the fact that we get 4 years of this...
February 6th, 2011 at 1:59 PM ^
Yeah, just imagine a senior Morris with Timmay, Morgan, Smotrycz, Horford, Vogrich...Baby Blues are going to be very exciting to watch in the next few years...GO BLUE
February 6th, 2011 at 2:09 PM ^
I'm guessing you missed the article about the tax problems Timmy Senior's been having and the "bailout" the Heat gave him.
February 6th, 2011 at 1:56 PM ^
65-62!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
February 6th, 2011 at 1:57 PM ^
great comeback... and now for the feast
February 6th, 2011 at 1:58 PM ^
Mmm...Nittany Tears are so yummy and sweet.
February 6th, 2011 at 2:04 PM ^
of a PSU team that looks tournament worthy. We have to avoid sweeps against IU, NW, MN and WI. We have to try to sweep MSU and Iowa. Go Blue!
February 6th, 2011 at 2:34 PM ^
UM should try to win the rest of the games.
February 6th, 2011 at 11:24 PM ^
it seems like some teams think they should be trying to lose, so maybe this isn't a given. lolsparty definitely has to be TRYING to be this terrible.
February 6th, 2011 at 1:57 PM ^
great win!
February 6th, 2011 at 1:57 PM ^
that's a big win for us there, and Hardaway Jr. coming of age a little bit?
February 6th, 2011 at 1:57 PM ^
Love this team. Not a lot of established talent, but just a bunch of fun kids who play well together and don't give up. A great win, and one step closer to a postseason berth.
February 6th, 2011 at 1:58 PM ^
Classy move by TIMMMAAAAYYYYY not to rub it in at the end.
Well done, boys!
February 6th, 2011 at 1:58 PM ^
Eat that you stupid big ten road officials!
Its Great...To Be...A Michigan Wolverine!
February 6th, 2011 at 1:58 PM ^
A big road win for Michigan against a team that has defended home court well so far this year. Now it's our turn to defend home court.
February 6th, 2011 at 2:01 PM ^
WIN ! ! !
(Classy that Coach B's kids didn't run up the score in the last ten seconds of regular play by scoring on two open dunk opportunities)
Congrats, Michigan hoops! Stay humble and keep getting better fellas and let's see how well this season finishes . . .
February 6th, 2011 at 2:00 PM ^
YEAH!

Next on BTN: "The Journey" feat. Michigan!
February 6th, 2011 at 2:15 PM ^
Love that bit about Sullinger's brother JJ and the "Obvious Choice Realty". Nice to see that a degree from OSU can still land you a job in an obvious weed dealer's front...
February 6th, 2011 at 2:02 PM ^
14-10. The next two games are huge, we have to have them. Then get out there and poop on State at home. Then win the Big 10 Tourney. Do you like how I have it all worked out?
February 6th, 2011 at 2:02 PM ^
can someone explain to me why morris did what he did? he shouldve either dunked it or passed it hardaway for the dunk, to go up by 7. instead, he takes only another half second off clock, misses the free throw, and give PSU a chance to get back in it.
then at end of game, hardaway does the same.
someone please explain.
February 6th, 2011 at 2:13 PM ^
Unselfishness and not playing for stats?
Seriously, yes, I'd have liked to see Morris get the two - the points are more valuable than the seconds he was able to take off the clock. It's just a teaching point and not that big a deal. They're coached to burn clock first and foremost, it's just one of those things you learn with experience, when the basket is the right call and when the clock is. Hardaway was right not to bother, though.
February 6th, 2011 at 2:02 PM ^
Let's all pray to the Michigan gods that you have it right, sir
February 6th, 2011 at 2:03 PM ^
Nice win and looking sharp in the Blue while doing it.
February 6th, 2011 at 2:03 PM ^
I am with you on that. At least that first one for Darius. I understand not 'running up the score' is the classy thing to do, but in that situation you have to take the extra points to secure the win.
February 6th, 2011 at 2:09 PM ^
from a win is much easier to deal with than from a loss.
February 6th, 2011 at 2:11 PM ^
This is true
February 6th, 2011 at 2:05 PM ^
I hope that is the last time Morris turns down a dunk with 10 secs left in a close game.
February 6th, 2011 at 2:25 PM ^
You can't turn down an uncontested layup to go up 7 just to waste an extra second in that situation.
I'm sure that he will be gently reminded of that.
February 6th, 2011 at 2:06 PM ^
McLimans with the 5 trillion
February 6th, 2011 at 2:08 PM ^
Nice win. I'll take any win we can get on the road.
Now it's time to get revenge on Northwestern. I hope our guys pound the crap out of them on Wednesday.
February 6th, 2011 at 2:08 PM ^
Great win today. I love that our young team has the confidence to close games out on the road.
February 6th, 2011 at 2:09 PM ^
Wow. Morris did great, but I have to give the game to Hardaway. That last 7 minute stretch he really did amazing. I am very impressed. I would like for us to work it into morgan more, you could tell off the pick and roll he was open quite a bit and stu and novak should keep there eyes open for a little more. Morris is good at throwing it in there and hardaway is starting to look for it more. Since we are now starting to be a 3 point threat (wooohoo!) we are pulling people out which is leaving morgan more and more open.
And douglass, 4-4 from beyond the arc? He's also really starting to turn it on!
