Braylon 5 Hour…

I hope Beilein is taking notice of how effective the pick and roll with Hardaway and Morgan has been, I would argue even more effective than with Morris because Hardaway is a much greater threat as a jump shooter

Hardaway is going to be a fantastic player before its all over.  How do we keep him here for all 4 years?   The logic in my head says that his dad is already rich so there's no "taking care of the family" pull to the pros after any the sophomore-junior years.  I don't know anything about the kid academically, but I hope there is a "here I am at Michigan, I'm not leaving here without a sweet degree" thing going on.

Timmy will be a top Big 10 player as a sophomore.  We need an extra 2 years after that of this goodness.

I realize he's just a freshman, but the arc he is on has this guy becoming dominant.  Help talk me into the fact that we get 4 years of this...

Love this team.  Not a lot of established talent, but just a bunch of fun kids who play well together and don't give up.  A great win, and one step closer to a postseason berth.

WIN ! ! !

(Classy that Coach B's kids didn't run up the score in the last ten seconds of regular play by scoring on two open dunk opportunities)

Congrats, Michigan hoops!  Stay humble and keep getting better fellas and let's see how well this season finishes . . .

14-10.  The next two games are huge, we have to have them.   Then get out there and poop on State at home.   Then win the Big 10 Tourney.   Do you like how I have it all worked out?

can someone explain to me why morris did what he did?   he shouldve either dunked it or passed it hardaway for the dunk, to go up by 7. instead, he takes only another half second off clock, misses the free throw, and give PSU a chance to get back in it.

then at end of game, hardaway does the same.

someone please explain.

Unselfishness and not playing for stats?

Seriously, yes, I'd have liked to see Morris get the two - the points are more valuable than the seconds he was able to take off the clock.  It's just a teaching point and not that big a deal.  They're coached to burn clock first and foremost, it's just one of those things you learn with experience, when the basket is the right call and when the clock is.  Hardaway was right not to bother, though.

I am with you on that. At least that first one for Darius. I understand not 'running up the score' is the classy thing to do, but in that situation you have to take the extra points to secure the win.

Wow. Morris did great, but I have to give the game to Hardaway. That last 7 minute stretch he really did amazing. I am very impressed. I would like for us to work it into morgan more, you could tell off the pick and roll he was open quite a bit and stu and novak should keep there eyes open for a little more. Morris is good at throwing it in there and hardaway is starting to look for it more. Since we are now starting to be a 3 point threat (wooohoo!) we are pulling people out which is leaving morgan more and more open.

And douglass, 4-4 from beyond the arc? He's also really starting to turn it on!
