MGoGifts - What Did MGoSanta Bring You?

Submitted by redwhiteandMGOBLUE on

Good morning and Merry Christmas to all fellow Wolverine fans.

I hope MGoSanta was good to all of you! I can't open presents until the wife gets home from work tonight, so let's hear what all of you were blessed with.

I truly hope your stockings are overflowing with peace, love and happiness and that all of you have a very safe and blessed Christmas.

Go Blue!

My Christmas and birthday presents ran together as I wanted a new computer. I have been ordering parts since October. My son got a bunch of Lego Harry Potter stuff, so I will be putting together Lego's most of the day.

Merry Christmas to all.

My wife got me the most amazing present ever.  I opened my last gift and it was an official Gator Bowl T shirt.  Me , being the content person that I am, was completely satisfied with that and the other things we exchanged becasue I dont ask for musch and we have a 2 year old daughter that I would much rather watch open everything than recieve gifts of my own.  Then she gave me my stocking which normally has a book or something of the sort in it.  To my suprise it was our itenerary and tickets for our trip to the MOTHER EFFING GATOR BOWL GAME!!!!!!!1!!1!!111!!!!!!!!!!  WOOOOOOOOO.  Going to my first bowl game ever.  Hope all of you had an amazing Christmas.

In the Navy, and doing recruiting duty now, get the chance to be home for the holidays, which I am enjoying more than anything I could get....fire in the fireplace, dog at my feet and a glass of Glenlivet with the wife, perfect.

Thanks, I always pass that along to the guys and gals who are deployed, and doing the tough duty, especially this time of year, nothing better than to know you are remembered sitting out in the middle of the ocean, in the desert or wherever a deployment may take one this time of year. Raising a glass of the good stuff to all my brothers and sisters in all the services, may you be home with your families soon, and hope to see a great, big, Meeeecheeegan victory on New Year's Day!!!!

Very cool!  I haven't played Jenga in ages.  I need more board games, I'm thinking I should just get Michigan versions of all of them (Jenga, Michiganopoly, Yahtzee, etc.) to save up for my future man cave.

I got Michigan Uno last year for Easter (http://cgi.ebay.com/UNIVERSITY-MICHIGAN-WOLVERINES-HELMET-UNO-CARD-GAME-NEW-/360304050916?pt=US_NCAA_Fan_Shop&hash=item53e3cb82e4)

It's like my cellphone, only like 6 million times harder to program and use.  Oddly enough I got this gift from my father who told me earlier "I don't want a watch, I just carry my cellphone."  Then he buys me a watch.  Logical disconnect.

It's the thought that counts though.  Too bad it's from my dad so I can't return it for straight cash though.

I got the Jake Long sized one. Has like 18 functions but only 3 knobs to control them.  So if I'm going to use it I have to remember to all these weird combos to call up the function.

I learned never to tell my parents "I don't need much for Christmas, just a new wallet."  They felt a need to go out and make sure I have presents under the tree and just randomly guessed at what I want.  Lesson learned, next year ask for power tools.

A deck of Michigan playing cards where everyone card is a famous player from Michigan football history.

For all you Motorhead fans out there, the ace of spades is Mr. Charles Woodson.
