That isn't me. My new account is the one responding to you right now, which I've openly admitted. I don't know who that poster is, but "change your tampon" is not something I would ever say.
If LSA was referencing me there, it's complete bullshit and just an attempt to justify a banning that did not involve any violation of the commenting poilcy.
