Agreed. Very interested to see what depth we find behind them, but those two will be incredible next year.
Supposedly Edwards, Jones, Moore and Paige have said they're returning...but similar social media posts from them would be wonderful 😀.

I think Rod could most definitely improve his draft stock. He has 1st round potential. As of now he'd be 3rd-4th I'd imagine.
When combined with some Those Who Stay NIL (which could match a 3-4 round salary slot) that's plenty of reason to return!

I thought I've read comments from Seth on here that Rod Moore had already decided to go pro before the season started.
I'd love for him to come back, but that is a really hard change of mind to make. Yay for the NIL era for having a chance!

Agreed. And it feels like the path to replicating this year is having the same amount of depth. I love that this D had nearly two full 11s. Find that depth to keep guys as healthy as possible all year and let them eat again.

Born on 3rd going all in with the Avengers roster.
That said, they've had the a composite top 3 "talented" roster for the past decade and all of cRyan's tenure and continue to fall short. Winning it all in the new playoff will be that much more difficult, so watching them continue to wast talent will be glorious.
OSU has had the same talent level as Bama over the past 15 years. Bama had 6 National Tiles, OSU 1. Clemson (2) and LSU (2) have more despite being up and down during that span.

Agreed...that said, we need a #2 CB. Get that and I don't see much a drop off from this season.
We should have more pass rush as well.

McBurrows has been Mikey's understudy at Nickel so I think they're going to be OK there. They've got enough other young guys at corner (thinking especially about Jyaire Hill) that one of them should be able to hit next year. Overall, defense should be able to reload more than rebuild in 2024.
Offense is a little more worrisome for me, but I'm confident in the OL and RBs coming back, which is a great start.

Yep. The only question marks on that defense are CB2 and how quick do the linebackers figure everything out. Don’t count out Rolder as a possible starter
