Hello: Ian Bunting!
Per Allen Trieu.
Offers from Notre Dame, Ohio State, USC (yes, THAT USC), Oklahoma, Nebraska, Virginia Tech, Wisconsin

Damn that offer sheet is impressive, I wonder how Scout can rank 16 other TEs ahead of him when every major program has offered
Because they are the worst of the 4 recruiting services. Tune in after the next committment to see if they can move up the rankings.
Highlights
Anyone with ACDC in for their highlight video music is good by me.
The video doesn't really need the yellow circle highlighting where he is on the field...he's the one that looks a foot taller than everyone else.
his jersey numbers are taller than some of the players he lines up against.
Subs!

I can haz 6'7" TE please?
Damn! I had my Mo Ways joke ready to go.
Haven't all of those been told already?
I thought that's just how jokes work on MGoBlog...
there are mo ways than one to tell what is essentially the same joke.
There's Mo Ways than one to tell the same joke
well played
No Mo Ways jokes...
Don't worry there's even Mo Ways to tell that joke
You win today!
Welcome, Mr. Bunting. Please begin channeling your inner Kramer next fall.
Hoke can't close...
It wasn't Hoke. He doesn't recruit.

Is this your version of this weekend's visit?
Coach OtherthanHoke: Coach Hoke is too busy to talk to you right now, and he doesn't bother with recruiting. Markovits should have told you. Sooooo, thanks for stopping by and let us know whenever you can what you think.. Take care...
Ian: I'll announce my commitment to UM tomorrow or early this week, I really like the laid back recruiting approach. Tell Coach Hoke I am sorry for bothering him.
Everything correct other than "Hoke is too busy to talk to you right now". It should read, "Hoke is hanging out, listening to some Hall and Oates."
He must have read Monday Recruitin', and figured he better take that TE spot.
Welcome Ian!
Per 247, his visits this month have included Oregon, USC, ND, and, 2 days ago, Michigan.
Nice.
Oh, and he was schedule to visit Ohio State in May. So sorry.
6'6" 210 lbs....
Ranked #110 overall in the ESPN 150 #5 TE
4 Star on 247 #11 TE
3 Star on Scout #17 TE
3 Star on Rivals #14 TE
So, if you look at 247 and ESPN, we got the best TE we had a realistic shot at.
Wonder how Daniel Helm is feeling right now....
We have the start to one hell of an IM basketball team going if height was the main criteria.
According to Rivals we might take 1-2 TE this year. If that is the case, there is still a chance that Helm or someone else is in this class.
Helm just committed to Tennessee.
Yeah I just saw that. Also the Rivals thing says that we could go to 2 TEs if we don't renew Jordan Paskorz for his 5th year.
My guess is that the coaches already have a pretty good idea of whether Paskorz will return in 2014 or not. If they only want one tight end, I don't think the fate of Paskorz will change that.
For the ND fans that thought they had him.
That came out of left field...
We haz all the tite ends
4 star tight end with offers from all of the midwest powers. Assumed Notre Dame lean before his commitment

will borges' offense allow funchess, butt and bunting to produce like ND's eiffert?
michigan looks to be acquiring the players for a very balanced offense.
Absolutely. Our TEs are going to have lots of touches and they'll be lining up in all different spots on the field. Look at Funchess last year - he was on the line, in the backfield and split wide. If we have a player come through as good as Eifert or Rudolph, they'll have as much opportunity to showcase it as ND.
Next year we will have 5 highly ranked Tightends on our team. It wasnt so long ago we were moving Dline guys to TE.
but an offer sheet that has Southern Cal, Ohio, Notre Dame, and Oklahoma screams to me that he's one of the best TE's in this year's class.
Wisconsin has produced a ton of NFL-caliber TE talent in recent years, too, so this was an exceptionally good get against big-time schools. I know nothing about how the new Badger HC utilizes TE's, though, so maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree. But he would be silly not to keep that TE middle screen in the playbook. That damn thing worked all the time.
There are 4 TE from Wisconsin in the NFL right now. Somehow 3 of them are on the Houston Texans.
I noticed that an MSU offer wasn't listed but then I realized that he's from Illinois and not extraterrestrial. Dantonio obviously wasn't interested.
He could be a BIG weapon in this offense. Looks like he has good speed as well.
EDIT: Sorry, didn't see the video posted already. 1- Redundant
It seems like everytime someone visits, we're his new leader. What are these kids doing when they come here?
Tattoos, cars, women, and Zingerman's.
Are you implying that a female delivery driver with a tattoo dropped off some sandwiches at Schembechler Hall?
Obviously. Damn good sandwiches my friend.
