Next week is going to be nuts too if we get some of the NJ guys to drop... Especially big for me because I'm out here in NJ.... Can't wait to hear Rutgers fans cry.

I was at the game too... It was the worst... Leaving the stadium with a bunch of annoying people all around...

A lot of "I thought Michigan was good"... "No, Michigan was never good, it's Michigan State."  "Does Michigan play any sport well?"

I just wanted to yell... but *deep breath*...

The worst part was that you are forced to take a bus to the parking lot that has the visitor cars... Far far away... and the bus was full of annoying Rutgers fans.

They also said things like. "Don't worry, I'm sure Michigan will get a win one day."

I mean that Darboh catch wasn't even automatically reviewed in the age of reviewing everything.

Michigan should have had a first down and probably scores and Rutgers chokes again like they did after having a lead for 59 minutes against Penn State.

Another thing that makes me laugh is the fact that we dominated the Big Ten in basketball during a 4 year stretch and leading up to this game.  Not to mention dominating Michigan State in the process.

Yet people refer to football wins now and basketball success from 10 years ago.   Just too funny.

I was there too in the student section reppin the Maize & Blue. I had a feeling Rutgers would win, it sucked. They think so highly of themselves now, in their eyes (nj.com and onthebanks.com) they think only OSU is clearly better and MSU is probably better. I hate it. They pull the Jersey boys in 2016 and win on the field and I'll be one happy Michigan fan.

You could have simply reminded them that they go to Rutgers.  It's the only state in the nation whose students actively flee to avoid attending the state school.  Seriously, name a redeeming quality about Rutgers.  Name something that it is known for.  It's a nothing.  It is irrelevant.  And it should have been kept that way by being kept out of the Big Ten.  Still ashamed of the conference.

The Darboh play was a catch.  Hell the play wasn't even automically reviewed.

The Big Ten wanted them to get their marquee win.  They choked against Penn State after leading the entire game.

Then they were about to choke again until the refs and the review official made sure that wouldn't happen.

If you recall, the PLAY WAS CONFIRMED - is like the biggest what the fuck ever.    Catch the ball, take two steps = NO CATCH.

In the end, if Hoke has a 7-10 point lead, the cute little job they pulled doesn't happen.

I hope Harbaugh runs the score up and much as possible against Rutgers.

NJ guys visiting on 6/24

  • Ronny Johnson, 4 star DE from Camden
  • Brad Hawkins, 4 star WR from Camden
  • Cesar Ruiz, 2017 4 star center from Camden

Chance to make a pipeline and claim NJ as a pipeline state.

And then the big one visiting on 6/26: Rashan Gary.

I have Rutgers season tickets too... and all of their mail propaganda is pictures of Rutgers beating Michigan...

Makes me mad....

I literally only bought Rutgers season tickets so I could have good seats when Michigan comes to play every other year... the rest I sell or give away...

Apparently, their donor base is so bad, I got moved up to 30 yard line seats and I just cut them a small check last year.

There is another main advantage - I now get to park right near the stadium (like their 3rd best lot).  Seriously, in order to become a VIP donor, it's a low-thousand donation for Rutgers... Whereas for Michigan, you need to donate like 20k to get a parking pass.

So yea.. nice seats every other year for the Michigan game and then parking passes...  If I sell my tix and parking passes, I can break even or better too.

Also, this year, they get a game against Washington State so I might go to say hi to Roy Manning.

I like Scout and the premium inside info from Sam, but you never turn your back on mama.

My posting will continue here as this is the premier Michigan and really college sports blog and board in the world IMO.

Scout is great for insider recruiting info, Rivals is better for all around UM FB content. Sam Webb is where it's at though when it comes to recruiting info!

But yes there is nothing else like MGoBlog in the CFB interwebs!

He's actually got a nice little Friday planned. Going to Home Depot to buy some wallpaper, maybe some flooring, stuff like that. Maybe Bed, Bath and Beyond, he doesn't know, he doesn't know if there will be time.
