David Shuster - KFATA
Not sure if any of you see this American bastion of free speech absolutely FLAMETHROWING Pete Thamel on Twitter today but by gawd, it’s been glorious. Some examples:
https://twitter.com/DavidShuster/status/1721735260927295870
https://twitter.com/DavidShuster/status/1721728163309408539
https://twitter.com/DavidShuster/status/1721709318255317214
He was so relentless that Thamel blocked him and in response he just leveled him.

The man has been going at it for 12 straight hours and we need to make our mission to see that he’s properly caffeinated, hydrated and fed so that he can keep on cookin’. I need this type of energy injected directly in my veins.

Someone should tell David about the James Madison game vs msu
November 7th, 2023 at 9:05 AM ^
This Dave Shuster guy, yeah,
he fucks.
November 6th, 2023 at 11:25 PM ^
Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy!
November 6th, 2023 at 11:31 PM ^
Oh...we can respond to slander. Cool. Commence.
November 6th, 2023 at 11:32 PM ^
Well done sir. Btw, never worry about being blocked out of a toxic garbage dump.
November 6th, 2023 at 11:34 PM ^
He's an alum.
November 7th, 2023 at 7:55 AM ^
Appears Thamel wishes he was an alum. <Media embed on the fritz>
Associate of @PeteThamel says Thamel applied @UMich 28 years ago, got rejected, and went to Syracuse…thus the bias against UM. Sheesh. If true, talk about pettiness. Still, it underscores @UMich admissions made the right call in rejecting him. What a loser!
Shuster Tweet re Thamel & UM Admissions
November 6th, 2023 at 11:38 PM ^
I saw a few of David Shuster's twiXtter posts several hour ago and followed him . Been so busy here that I hadn't had time to take a look at any of his newer tweets, so I am VERY happy to get this update, OP!
November 7th, 2023 at 9:10 AM ^
Same, just followed Shuster bc of this post.
November 7th, 2023 at 12:27 AM ^
He looks like a mentally handicapped Vulcan.
November 7th, 2023 at 7:16 AM ^
For sure. And he's got a problem: no one wants to mind meld with him anymore.
November 7th, 2023 at 8:13 AM ^
And he's going bald. Probably low-T
November 7th, 2023 at 8:40 AM ^
Unnecessary shot at the balding population!
November 7th, 2023 at 10:10 AM ^
Yeah... fair.
November 7th, 2023 at 7:18 AM ^
Shares Eddie Munster hairline and hair dye with...?
November 6th, 2023 at 11:40 PM ^
At this rate, maybe Gameday won't come for The Game like that one thread asked last week.
November 6th, 2023 at 11:47 PM ^
Never thought I would say this, but...I may actually tune in to GameDay this Saturday, just to see Thamel.
November 7th, 2023 at 12:56 AM ^
The gangster move would be to say “nope” to game day unless they replace McAfee with Brian that day.
November 6th, 2023 at 11:42 PM ^
What a great end to the day.
Sleep well, dear friends.
November 6th, 2023 at 11:45 PM ^
He’s like the professional journalist version of David Portnoy.
November 7th, 2023 at 3:38 AM ^
They should bring portnoy on gameday to spar with the L7 ween that is reece davis
November 6th, 2023 at 11:50 PM ^
I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again. Michigan needs to absolutely curb stomp the pile of manure that calls itself Ohio state on nov 25th. Jim and team 144 need to make certain that it nukes OSU to the point that Ryan Day gets fired for being royally embarrassed on national television.
November 6th, 2023 at 11:57 PM ^
Can you imagine how rabid Michigan will be to play OSU in 3 weeks? The last time UM had this kind of motivation was the Bo/Woody years. Rage. Pure rage.
Corum may not have many yards vs OSU, but he has a damn good shot of putting 5 TDs on OSU just like Haskins did in 2021.

The time is coming to crush their souls, turn the dust into a brick, and throw it through the window of their future.
November 7th, 2023 at 8:27 AM ^
That's the deal, man. The total deal. (reference)

David Shuster. Doing the lord's work!

More from David Shuster on Twitter / X:
According to friends/contacts in Ann Arbor @UMich leaders have given @bigten extensive evidence of other Big Ten football programs engaged in cheating, violating rules, and colluding against @UMichFootball. #Michigan #OhioState #violations 1/ (LINK)
@UMich has also reminded @BigTen again there is no evidence in the CS actions that @CoachJim4UM knew about the scheme or took any efforts to cover it up. UM has also argued the CS actions didn't technically violate NCAA rules because the video people were not UM staff. 2/ (LINK)
According to one contact allegedly familiar with @bigten @Umich discussions, conference officials have admitted there is NO indication the signal intel CS gathered would have changed the outcome of ANY @UMichFootball game in '21, '22, or this year. #Michigan (LINK)
These were all put out by David around 6 hours ago.
Not sure if anyone can confirm / deny the veracity of these posts, but if they're true then they're absolutely huge and would seem to corroborate the efforts of the blog here in analyzing the actual NCAA rules and our minimal (if at all) violation of said rules. Seems like Ono and company are just getting started!
Meta: If media embed would work then I would've put the actual tweets in the message. Tried on Chrome, Edge, & Firefox from my desktop, and Chrome, Firefox, and Safari from my phone and every time the media embed modal would just sit and spin indefinitely. Apparently media embed is just straight up broken?
November 6th, 2023 at 11:55 PM ^
UM has also argued the CS actions didn't technically violate NCAA rules because the video people were not UM staff.
Nice.
November 6th, 2023 at 11:55 PM ^
If B1G admitted it, why are they pursuing this nonsense. With overwhelming reporting and pressure, hope they rescind it or just tag on a fine and move on. Wish their admission is on the record and can be published for world to see.
November 6th, 2023 at 11:57 PM ^
If B1G admitted it, why are they pursuing this nonsense.
We know why. The mob.
November 7th, 2023 at 8:53 AM ^
The mob they've created is a means to an end. The reasons they're pursuing this nonsense are
- 59-18
- 42-27
- 42-3
- 34-27
- 27-14
- 31-10
- 41-17
- 29-7
- 52-17
- 34-3
- 19-17
- 45-23
- 43-22
- 31-7
- 45-7
- 52-10
- 52-7
- 49-0
- 41-13
November 7th, 2023 at 9:44 AM ^
You're right. Great point.
Also, looking at those scores, one really stands out:
- 19-17
That's the one where Ryan Walters' defense injured Corum because they knew our plays (per Alan Haller and Matt Rhule).
November 7th, 2023 at 12:24 AM ^
I'm pretty sure he made a mistake, it was the NCAA that made that statement, so far. Ncaa wants to gather more information, no one is sure if they are going to speed things up with a "High Profile" case.
November 7th, 2023 at 3:10 AM ^
They are and have been for a very long time, slaves to the machine which is OSU
November 7th, 2023 at 7:24 AM ^
Yes. No one should still have any doubts as to the strength of OSU's influence. It's ridiculous.
November 7th, 2023 at 7:38 AM ^
Ohio versus Everybody! sniff sniff
LMAO
November 7th, 2023 at 6:35 AM ^
You can work for the B1G and not be "Team Pettiti". If this is his own little crusade, then other people could leak info that Tony doesn't want out there.
November 7th, 2023 at 8:21 AM ^
The responses by the idiots to Schuster are exactly what I’d expect from blue check Xitter accounts.
November 7th, 2023 at 9:26 AM ^
this man is doing the Lord's work...
November 6th, 2023 at 11:52 PM ^
I never had a Twitter account. It is tempting to create one to follow him. Well done, Sir!
November 7th, 2023 at 1:18 AM ^
It’s uh… not the greatest time to get into twitter.
November 7th, 2023 at 8:26 AM ^
Yeah, if you’ve never been on Xitter by now there’s no reason to start. The only reason I’m still there is because there’s still enough of the sane people I’ve been following who are still regularly posting. Eventually they’ll bail on that platform and then so will I.
November 7th, 2023 at 10:26 AM ^
I have never had a Twitter account, but you used to be able to just look at a timeline of someone's tweets on a browser, which I did use to follow real-time updates for games or people with informative things to say (Seth, Alex, Scott Bell, Auerbach, etc) Apparently now, you cannot do that unless you presumably have Twitter - going to someone's twitter is just random Tweets from random time periods so Twitter is basically inaccessible for me.
I am.... not sure whether to be annoyed at Musk for thankful for him doing that.
November 7th, 2023 at 10:41 AM ^
I just logged in for the first time in months, and it was like that Community scene with Troy happily carrying pizza into a burning apartment.
November 6th, 2023 at 11:55 PM ^
Fuck Pete Thamel.
November 7th, 2023 at 3:11 AM ^
You can say that again!
November 6th, 2023 at 11:56 PM ^
If every mgoblogger isn’t blocked by Thamel, game day and ESPN by midday tomorrow, I’ll be disappointed
November 7th, 2023 at 9:43 AM ^
On my way!
