I'm 43, so 1994 was in the epicenter of my teenage fandom.

I'd take next year's hypothetical backfield over that one. Hell, I'd take this year's actual backfield over that one. This year's pair had 600 yards more from scrimmage than that one did.

I stand by my statement even if you want to go back to the 1970s.

There were a lot of good ones:

1976 - Rob Lytle, Harlan Huckleby and Russell Davis

1980 - Stan Edwards, Jerald Ingram, Butch Woolfolk, Lawrence Ricks and 8 yards a Kerry Smith

1989 - Tony Boles, Jarrod Bunch, Leroy Hoard

1990 - Ricky Powers, Jon Vaughn, Jesse Johnson, Bunch

1994 - Wheatley Biakabatuka, Che Foster, Ed Davis

and more but I need to get back to work.

Kid probably coming back. No need to do this interview lol. Make a Instagram Post. Allow us to thank you for three great years and go make you some sweet delicious money. Blake is one of the most humble athletes I've been around. I thought he'd come back even before the knee injury. But even though I'm a huge Michigan fan/alum I still want him to go the NFL and get his moneys though.

he just gave it away. he's going to the NFL.

Edit: seems odd to make an announcement like this on the radio. i mean - we care, but im not sure this is like LeBron's "Decision"......

Double Edit: He's back!!!!

Watching this muted at work.  I'm assuming there is no closed captioning on a live radio simulcast but not familiar with Roku channel.  Anything I'm missing?

Sweet.  I was hoping he'd come back but would have understood completely if he went pro and been behind him for the choice.

Welcome back Blake - hope '23 is a banner year for you and the team!
