The goal is 1 million. It’s been up for about an hour and a half and it’s already over 43,000.

Last year, Champions Circle® launched the One More Year Fund to support key Michigan players like Blake Corum, Trevor Keegan, and Zak Zinter who elected to return to Michigan for One More Year.

Now, we’re launching the Those Who Stay NIL Campaign.

Our rivals are coming after many of our key players, trying to induce them to leave Michigan.

It's time for the Michigan Family to show our players how much we appreciate them and want them back in Maize and Blue!

My mother in law mentioned she is from Pigeon, MI when one of those aspca commercials was on. That was probably close to 20 years ago, but to this day when I see an Aspca commercial, see her name, or hear that song, I think of Pigeon.

 

She is not from Pigeon.

I mean it very well may not be true, but in this case does it really matter? We know tampering and luring players not in the portal is happening and we need to prevent it, proactively or reactively. A fund like this is how we get another year from guys like Rod Moore, JJ, Junior Colson, etc.

This is a great start!  I mainly donate to wildlife conservation groups and animal shelter groups, but have never hesitated to give to one of Michigan's NIL funds.  These guys chose to play for this university, and are putting all efforts in practices, games and school work, so they deserve NIL rewards for it.

May have something to do with the fact that most of the players haven’t shared their considerations of the NFL one way or the other yet as we are, and I can’t believe I’m actually saying this….

If rival schools like OSU and MSU are actually able to lure in Michigan players after the last three years, after the run Michigan has had, then shit man, more power to them.

I’d actually LOVE to hear about OSU trying to recruit Michigan players, wouldn’t that go against their entire ethos of “YOU DON’T HAVE ENOUGH RECRUITING STARS, SO YOU'RE A BUM WHO ISNT WORTH OUR TIME?”

For a player like JJ you'll have to see one of the whales, like the barstool pizza guy. I'm pretty sure he just won 1.5 mill betting Mich/Wash and he'd probably happily use that to keep JJ.

I'm rationalizing giving to this by thinking of the money that I've saved by not going to the CFP games (where a lot of the $$ would have gone to scalpers).
