Buying / Selling UM tickets thread with spreadsheet

Submitted by will on

[UPDATE 8/26/2014 from Seth:]

While the ticket spreadsheet was awesome for its time, we've known for some time that it's subject to abuse, and more likely to be damaged the more our community has grown. We've been on the lookout for some way to add a layer of security that's still free on both ends. Now we have that!

Go here: http://www.tiqiq.com/sellerdirect and sign in with your Facebook account. Then list your tickets, put MGoBlog somewhere in your description if you like, then copy the link to your tickets and paste on the spreadsheet.

Nobody's forced to use that system. This is just a protection for sellers so their price can't be changed, and for buyers so they know they're dealing with a real human with a name and pictures of their cat.

/UPDATE]

To go along with the 'more informative headlines' theme, this thread will hopefully get set as a sticky. I have made a spreadsheet listing all people selling and looking for tickets.. http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0Avnckx2kNv9GdGVPQXBQMDZQdFJ4RTJ… Basketball season is here.. I've started up a new sheet in the document for basketball. Ive made the permissions open to anyone to edit, so we'll try the trust method for a while until someone abuses. Feel free to post what you are looking for or selling. If it gets abused, I'll go back to the method of requiring someone to email me and then posting.

Sorry if this is the wrong place, if there is another please let me know.  I have a bunch of tickets to the Real Madrid vs. Chelsea soccer game July 30 and all I would like is to get my money back out of them.  I was intending on hosting people, but schdules changed and I am on the hook for a lot of prime seats.  I am only looking to get face value for these.

I don't have them in front of me, but if you want any I will find the proper amount, this is close.

I'm unable to edit the spreadsheet.

I'm looking for two tickets to PSU.  I'd like club tickets, if I could get them.

I realize that club tickets are supposed to be sold on some "special" marketplace so only other club holders can acquire them.  I can offer my assurance that we are U-M fans, I'm a U-M alum & employee, I will not be rooting for PSU or wearing any PSU gear, and I have sat in club seats half a dozen times via a family friend (I have some ticket stubs somewhere as proof)

My brother is coming in town from California and I really want to take him to a UM game.  He hasn't been to the Big House in almost 20 years.  We both grew up on UM football in the 70s and both bleed Maize N' Blue.  If anybody has 2 Illini tickets (10/22) they want to get rid of around face value please contact me at [email protected]

Thank you!

Section 24

Row 72, on the aisle

this is the very first row as you walk into the seating area.  You don't have to climb a single step.  Also, the women's bathroom is about 10 feet away, and concessions & men's restroom are just a little farther than that.

Although not technically "covered" by the press box/luxury boxes, if rain was blowing from the west, you'd be pretty well protected.

Great seats. Had them for years.

Club seats can't be bought/sold on StubHub or other online websites, so this is an infrequent chance to experience the upgraded experience of watching the game in luxury.

Section 306 Row 5, outdoor club. Seats in club are individual chairs similar to movie theaters, not benches.

Selling for face value, $90. I don't want to risk you re-selling so would prefer if you can just meet us at the stadium and go in with us.

Thanks. You can email [email protected] if interested.

2 at the 40yard line on the Michigan side.

NO STEPS TO CLIMB.  My seats are the first row as you enter the seating area. They're also on the aisle, so there's nobody behind you or to one side of you.

Women' restroom is just a few steps away.  Men's room and concessions aren't much further.

You get some protection from the wind by the press box/suites.

These are really great seats. You won't be disappointed.

Looking to buy 3 tickets for the MSU game this year.   I'm diving over from Boston and my parents are coming in form NC.   Don't need all 3 together.   Looking for 2 together and one single.   BUT would love 3 together (or piggyback) if the price is reasonable.  GoBlue!

I have a season ticket in section 23 at the 50 yard line; mid 40's row. It is for one seat for each game. I don't want to try to find people to go with me this year as its a pain to try to coordinate, and my wife and kids dont like football. And most of my friends are Buckeye fans. But I'm still going to go to each game. So I am selling the other seat to anyone interested. $950 is what I am asking which is less than face value plus the seat license fee. Discounting because time is getting short. email me at [email protected] if interested.

I live in the Toledo OH area, so I can meet in Ann Arbor to exchange, or arrange something that works.

I scored a hard to find RV spot in Lot 14 at AT&T stadium for the opener.

Hubby is now on stand-by to fly missions over Harvey soaked areas. He is the main RV driver so I am downgrading our ride to the game to the minivan.

Face value of the ticket is $150 and is electronically transferable.

Selling my seats for the MSU and OSU games this year (stuck working one weekend and the other is the same day as a promotion party I'm hosting). Long time reader here, since '07, before finally creating an account years later, so please don't let my lack of MGoPoints dissuade you from reaching out for fear of some kind of chicanery. Season ticket holder, two seats, Section 36, Row 78, corner closest to the band and student section, good view, friendly seat-neighbors, pretty easy access/right near the section entrance. Hoping to skip the open-secondary market to avoid adding any unwanted green, white, scarlet, or grey to this area of the stadium that is so regularly, wonderfully free of opposing fandom... MSU: hoping for $150/ea. OSU: hoping for $275/ea. Email me if interested. [email protected]

Hi everyone,

I am looking for 2 tickets to the Michigan vs. Ohio State football game on 11/25/17. Not picky about section and we are both Michigan fans!

Email me at [email protected].

P.s. This is my first time buying Michigan tickets because I'm trying to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday so if anyone has any advice on the best way to buy tickets, let me know!

Thanks!

I know it's a long-shot, but I'm a dreamer.

Coming up from NC for the first "bringing my boyfriend home to meet the family" thing....to ease the pain and a sweet reward.....I'm trying to score the most amazing tickets on Earth!!! He'll be blown away if we score these tickets. He's such a trooper, and God bless him - in love with a Michigan fan, born and raised.

PLEASE HELP
