Nice. Definitely a great breakdown of the defense from last weekend. I could picture almost every play just from reading what Brian had on the UFR.

have the UFR lined up with the every snap videos...Just one long video with the text on it, it would sure help me understand whats going on. Anyone got video editing skillz?

I did just that today. Opened up the "every play Defense" video and had the other half of my screen the UFR. I hit the pause button a lot to check back and forth, but man does it give you an education!
Props to Brian - that has to take forever to do one of those.

I tried it with the Lions last year and got one preseason game done two weeks after it was played.
It's insane. It's genius. It's tremendous.
Peace

Spread your wings and fly Brian.

...Spread the defense and score, Brian!

Rittenburg references this sight fairly often, which is awesome that anyone from the MSM uses this sight for its information. It's only a matter of time until Larry King gives Brian a call. Remember your roots Brian!!

Given your screen name, I find your misuse of the word "sight" ironic

I'm just amazed that he can type. Perhaps he uses voice-activated software.

Brian has been cited by the MSM on more than a few occasions before. Most famous, probably for announcing Lloyd Carr's retirement about a week before it was official. I loved listening to the reports on ESPN and ESPN news citing the "College Football Blogger" breaking the story. Score +1 for the blogging industry!

...that analysis from this blog will be used frequently by Ritt throughout the season, as it has been this offseason.
All hail UFR!

UFR is simply the best

Rittenburg should also have given a shout-out to the new, longer posting board on the right, should cut down on the double posts

Holy crap. I hadn't even noticed that until you mentioned it! Brilliant.

congrats Brian, you deserve all the pub you get. You really do a great job with the site & we are all much more knowledgeable UofM fans because of your work. Congrats again!

The proprietor of this site is Brian Cook, not to be confused with the professional basketball player*. Brian Bennett is an ESPN guy.
*(Or so we think?)

Brian's UFR was also highlighted in an email I sent to a friend of mine. He thought the defense played extraordinarily well and I disagreed (they played well, but not awesome). Luckily, Brian provided me with the evidence to back myself up.
