Man the end of that video hits right in the feels. We've been blessed to have a player like Corum. Braylon Edwards will always be my favorite player, but Corum is definitely right behind him. He's the most consistent player I've ever seen play for Michigan, always came up big when they needed him

Many, many thanks, Blake, for helping to bring so much joy to so many people in the Michigan community!  Have a great NFL career and all the best of luck in every other area of life.

May his legacy of leadership and work ethic permeate the UM teams to follow. Game sealing runs vs PSU, OSU, Bama and Washington to always be remembered.

Really?  Greatest Michigan RB of all time?  Or, how do you tell me you're under 25 without saying I'm under 25.

I'll name a few that would be worthy of consideration for that honor.

  • Ron Johnson
  • Rob Lytle
  • Mike Hart
  • Tyronne Wheatley
  • Jamie Morris
  • Tom Harmon
  • Tim Biakabatuka
  • Willie Heston
  • Chris Perry
  • Butch Woolfolk

Dont get me wrong, I LOVE Blake and he definitely belongs on the list but at the top?  Personally I'd go with Wheatley as the best I ever saw.

Why so imflammatory? Tell me you are over 50 without telling me you are over 50.

Blake won 3 big ten championships, a Nationa; championship, would have won a heisman if he wasn't injured, set an overall and season TD record, not to mention everything he did/was off the field. I think it is pretty reasonable for someone to have them as their best RB in Michigan history.

Not arguing here because you can't compare across eras. But Blake is Mike Hart but fast, he has the results, hardware and records to prove it, and he outshines anyone from that list post-1985 at least.  Perhaps you would accept a mount rushmore of Heston, Harmon, Blake and one or two of Lytle, Johnson, Woolfolk, Wheatley.

Ok - so tell us you’re over 60 without saying you’re over 60 (username excepted). You really are including Chris Perry, Rob Lyle and Butch Woolfolk in consideration for greatest UM back ever? At most the discussion might include Hart, Wheatley, Biakabatuka and Corunna. I’d probably not say Corum is definitively the greatest (I’d probably lean Wheatley / Hart), but we also don’t need to pretend that there are 10 RBs better than Corum either.

How about starting to add some content to your frequent OPs?

Right now, because of all the rapid-fire news in the aftermath of our National Championship 🏆, I'm treading lightly on removal of threads.

I would normally delete something that has absolutely no content, and if someone else had immediately posted about Blake and include content, your thread would be gone.
