Yes, it's true. He seems like a great guy and a pretty good coach, and I can only imagine how difficult it would be to deal with the health issues he has.

Used to watch him as a kid, loved when he would bring those movie stars on the show way back when. And play clips of movies he acted in. But the stories were the best! Man I am old....

He used to live in Grosse Pointe Shores and could be seen dressed in an ascot and smoking jacket. Nice man. There will never be another like him. He and Rita Bell developed my love of movies as a child.
