Slick play for the TD on 3rd and goal for MSU.

Are there any good game out there right now I am missing? A lot of blowouts.
October 18th, 2014 at 6:00 PM ^
Clemson-BC is close, but I don't think good would be the adjective to use to describe it.

That's been a fun series so far. The games always seem pretty good.
The winner will have the right to be called NU by other B1G fans for the next year.

Man, if Nate Sudfeld were in this MSU/IU game may have been alright.
October 18th, 2014 at 6:04 PM ^
Michael Dyer has 91 yrds rushing for Louisville. Didn't know he was still playing.

Why the f*ck does OSU have to thrive so much even after losing Braxton Miller??? Yeah, their schedule is weak but they're doing what you're supposed to do to crappy teams and their players improve from week to week.
I'm so sick of this same script. Michigan makes Ruters look like a national title contender (at least offensively) and OSU finishes them off in the 1st quarter and could easily win by 60.
God, not even a bye week can give me peace.

Rutgers has competent coaching.
OSU has ELITE coaching.
Michigan needs ELITE coaching.

Ding Ding Ding. Amazing what a great coach can do. And an AD who had actually served in athletics administration.

OSU only has 12 seniors on its 2 deep! How could they possibly be doing well???
October 18th, 2014 at 6:18 PM ^
*sigh*... Ill say it... Urban Frank Meyer
October 18th, 2014 at 6:20 PM ^
because they have coaches - not best buddies- directing the team

So......Kirby Smart is looking good.

Sparty 24 first downs vs 6 for Hoosiers
October 18th, 2014 at 6:24 PM ^
In the 3rd quarter MSU outgained 152 to -22, up 35-17 and inside IU's redzone. Cook is now 24 for 32 with 335 yards and 3 TDs and 1 INT. We'll see how the 4th goes for them.
EDIT: TD for MSU. 42-17.

October 18th, 2014 at 6:24 PM ^
I wonder if MSU will score 21-28 points in the 4th Q?
As soon as ESPN flashes the graphic "No offensive TDs in the 4th in the past 3 games and MSU has been outscored 33-7" they punch it in. Damn.
October 18th, 2014 at 6:25 PM ^
I think coach D really rode them about the importance of finishing games sfter the last 2 near comebacks- poor hoosiers
October 18th, 2014 at 6:27 PM ^
Those of you saying we should keep Hoke for another year because there aren't any ''wow'' coaching candidates, I'd just like to point out that TCU and Gary Patterson might be the best team in the Big XII. We have Dan Mullen with the #1 team in the nation, we have Mark Stoops who has KENTUCKY with a chance to win the SEC East, we have Whittingham and Utah with a good chance to win the Pac 12, and we have Harbaughs and Les Miles if they're really options. On top of that no other big time programs besides Florida possibly will probably be looking for a coach this year. We have options this year and as long as we get someone not named Brandon making the decision, we should be alright.

Those of you saying we should keep Hoke for another year because there aren't any ''wow'' coaching candidates,
Who exactly is saying this?
October 18th, 2014 at 6:32 PM ^
October 18th, 2014 at 6:39 PM ^
To say that Mark Stoops wouldn't leave Kentucky for Michigan is just insane.
October 18th, 2014 at 6:40 PM ^
I am intrigued that you are able to know that.

Actually, I am thinking SEC gets 2, FSU and then Pac 12 champ (ASU?). Look at how Va Tech lost and Quack-ers lost 2 - OSU and MSU have no quality wins and losses to losers
October 18th, 2014 at 6:35 PM ^
A 1-loss B1G Champion will not be left out of the playoff...
The Big Ten is still the most powerful conference.
The largest media markets left out of college football playoff with a 1 loss team availible?
October 18th, 2014 at 6:40 PM ^
If TCU has one loss at the end of the year they are getting in above any Big10 teams. The resumes are not close at all.
October 18th, 2014 at 6:43 PM ^
Resumes is just one aspect. Ill make no argument to that.
The B1G is too powerful behind the scene.
The media markets can not be ignored.
Jim Delaney is the most powerful man in college football.
October 18th, 2014 at 6:51 PM ^
The Big10 is powerful, but just because MSU or OSU is in the playoffs doesn't mean Penn State, Rutgers or Wisconson fans will watch more. The region is not loyal to watching any team from the region. And it will be impossible to lock out an undefeated Pac12 team or an undefeated team from another conference.
October 18th, 2014 at 6:58 PM ^
The B1G always seems to get 2 teams in the BCS even though the conference has been terrible for at least a decade.
Im not arguing your logic on its surface, Im just saying that it is a rigged system that tilt toward the powerful parties like the BIG (suprise!).
13-1 MSU or OSU will get in to the Playoff whether they deserve it or not.
