I don't see how you get punished for playing the fourth-place SEC team and someone else gets to sit on the couch and watch Big Brother win the Sugar Bowl.

This game was hard to watch live and nothing has changed.

-Molk injury hurt our offensive flow IMHO

-Frank Clark, you looked awesome in this game, how could you be so stupid? I hope he can earn his way on the field this year, preferrably in game 1.

-Denard, man he throws some ugly ass passes, nice spiral, but up for grabs way too often, I know people have a real hard on for the guy and I appreciate him greatly as an athlete and human being, but shit, I'll be glad when we have a pro-style QB, I hope Denard can really make that leap forward in the air this year (with his arm smart asses).

-I'm really glad Gibbons digs the brunettes and I hope Wile punts cause Hagerup can really suck sometimes and he seems to have a mental hang-up going on.

That is all for now, stay tuned........

To each their own when it comes to offense, personally I love scrambling QB's. I would take a Steve Young/Cam Newton/RG3 type of guy over a traditional pocket-passer And yes, while Denard is improving, and very well could have a breakout year (I look at his performance to close out 2011 regular season as hopeful), but what we've seen of him we know he's not the best passer. Anyone who says they haven't torn their hair out at one point or another over our passing game is a liar.

Obviously, watching this game live, the thing that sticks out is how bad the offense was. But watching it now, that defense was pretty damn good. And I agree with bogey. I heart Jake Ryan.

I found myself shouting at the television a few times, like on the overturned interception ("That hit the ground!") and the fake field goals.  I had to remind myself a few times that not only did I know how the game would end, but I had actually seen the whole thing once before.

Watching that made me think of something Mac Brown said. But if the Sugar Bowl was  matchup of two SEC teams, it would have been hailed by the ESPN guys as a "matchup of two superspeed defenses that are far and away the best in america" not as an ugly offensive performance.

Remember when Alabama had the WR throw the pass that was picked in the game.

Not ugly offense, but AMAZING SEC DEFENSE.

Just shows how the media fuels the SEC hype.

I always love to watch a close back and forth game where I don't have to bite my fingernails.

Was anyone else though on barf alert all over again over Brad Nesslers love affair with VT and especially Logan Thomas?  It was the only real downer of the game.
