I think he's sending staffers to see how Harbaugh manages camps. You have to understand your enemy before you can defeat your enemy. Smart thinking but it will be a cold day in hell before Harbaugh sits back and lets someone else steel his thunder at a camp. The way he looks at it MORE COMPETITION!

Bama staffers (read low level guy) shows up, gives recruit cash money, Bama self reports (because they don't break rules), low level guy gets fired, camps get shut down because bd things happen without regulation, Saban wins!
