...and I'll take it. Guaranteed winning season, FTW.
[Edit: I just realized I have three forms of win in this comment. I guess that means I think we should emphasize the win.]

and pours you a glass... Congratulations, my friend...
November 13th, 2010 at 3:20 PM ^
...take it. Cheers.
November 13th, 2010 at 3:33 PM ^
I hope you brought enough for everybody.
November 13th, 2010 at 3:13 PM ^
These are the only muppets this game deserved. Winning season though. Thank goodness.
November 13th, 2010 at 3:13 PM ^
So very much > Danny Hope's mustache

That's nice insight in to what Joe Tiller does in his retirement.
November 13th, 2010 at 3:13 PM ^
The offense was abnormally bad, but not a single TD by the defense and they scored one of their own.
November 13th, 2010 at 3:23 PM ^
I was thinking the same thing. The D did their job today.
November 13th, 2010 at 3:14 PM ^
wow played awful O not used to that but props to the D
November 13th, 2010 at 3:14 PM ^
I disagree. Clinching a winning season and an excellent performance by the defense are deserving of muppets.
November 13th, 2010 at 3:14 PM ^
and Hilarious!!!
GO BLUE!
November 13th, 2010 at 3:20 PM ^
I think there were 10 total turnovers in this game, correct? Appropriate video is appropriate.
Plz no turnovers next game, ok guys?
November 13th, 2010 at 3:19 PM ^
I know we're Michigan, we should be better than this, but really, does it bother anyone, especially now knowing that we have now played "poorly" two weeks in a row and won?
Also, love Yakety Sax Muppets!
November 13th, 2010 at 3:20 PM ^
But 7-3 with two to go? I'll take it!
Let's play loose (though not with the ball) and score some upsets now!
November 13th, 2010 at 3:22 PM ^
I think I just pissed myself laughing. I've got to go clean up. Thanks, Brian.
November 13th, 2010 at 3:23 PM ^
but I never thought we would win a game this year primarily due to the play of our defense. Today was that day. We finally are going to have a winnign season, but my goodness how many times are we going to not going to correct our mistakes on turnovers.
GO BLUE!
November 13th, 2010 at 3:25 PM ^
I will take it.
November 13th, 2010 at 3:25 PM ^
As others here have said, we'll take it!
November 13th, 2010 at 3:28 PM ^
Love me some muppets
November 13th, 2010 at 3:29 PM ^
The new maize shirt is now 2-0. I'm keeping it as far away from a washing machine as I can.
November 13th, 2010 at 4:35 PM ^
At least through tUoOS... we need all the voodoo we can get!
November 13th, 2010 at 6:00 PM ^
I broke out my Manningham jersey that I haven't worn in 2 years last week for Illinois, so it's 2-0 now too. Superstitions unite!
November 13th, 2010 at 8:08 PM ^
...that I believe in washing my lucky underwear. Because I'll be wearing them every football Saturday until I die.
(Or we lose a game while I'm wearing them. Whichever comes first.)
November 13th, 2010 at 3:33 PM ^
Muppets!
November 13th, 2010 at 3:34 PM ^
...FTW:
bobwojnowski With that defense RichRod has put together, if he could just get his offense going, look out! Maybe he should spend more time with the off.?
November 14th, 2010 at 8:04 AM ^
Let's fire that damn offensive co-ordinator.
/sarcasm
November 13th, 2010 at 3:34 PM ^
Playing a QB that can't throw the ball more than 3 yards... Thanks Purdue. 7 wins and anything coming in the next two weeks would be a huge bonus
November 13th, 2010 at 3:37 PM ^
It is great to win two straight games UM would have lost the past few years. Give me muppets all the time!
November 13th, 2010 at 3:39 PM ^
This was an ugly win no doubt, but coming off such an emotional victory last week it makes sense as to why they played as poorly. It's unacceptable, but understandable.
These next two weeks we will be underdogs and I think that's exactly where we need to be. We need to play with a chip on our shoulders again. I'm looking forward to seeing how these two weeks turn out. I'm looking for some surprises.
November 13th, 2010 at 9:25 PM ^
As long as the Wisky team that put up over 80 points on Indiana today doesn't show up in Ann Arbor, we should be ok.
November 13th, 2010 at 3:42 PM ^
Does this not ensure RR is back? Yes it does. We'll be much better next year. Recruits can settle in. Winning season. Paralyzing pressure is off the last 2 games. None of that certain if we lost

Just got back from the game. I apologize if this has been addressed elsewhere but it seemed to me that Roy Roundtree was open the entire 1st half and never thrown to again. Even though the weather sucked the interceptions were thrown directly to Purdue defenders with no M guys anywhere nearby. Yes, the D looked good but the Purdue fans around me remarked that it was because their offense is horrible. Their fans were very nice. Michigan had a good representation there.
November 13th, 2010 at 5:17 PM ^
in the 1st half that were absolutely mind numbing - that pick 6 being one of those that was thrown to an entire squad of opposing players with no Michigan receiver anywhere close to the ball.

It serves me right for referring to the IU game as "water torture" because this game was literal water torture. It was cold, it was wet, it was windy. It must have been miserable to play in.
I am looking forward to the Defensive UFR because on numerous occasions I yelled "great play Obi!" which are words not normally strung together in sequence. There was one three and out early when he was key on all three plays. I'm sure he missed some stuff, when you are at the game you tend to focus on what guys are doing vs. not doing.
My favorite quote from the crowd came after Roundtrees 4th or 5th catch, a guy a couple rows back said "hey, that's that asshole who committed to us!"

LOL
I have a bad cold and nearly died from the laughing/coughing fit I just had.
I wish I could have been there to hear that myself.

Only for the offensive guys. Some postgame quotes:
Jordan Kovacs: "As a defense, we love to play in these kinds of conditions. I don't know if the offense loves it, but we sure do."
Kenny Demens: "Oh my God, I love it. We all love it. It's fun to get out there and get dirty, to play hard and come downhill. It's really fun."
