Roman Wilson Has Committed To Michigan
Michigan adds their first Hawaiian in a minute:

— Roman Wilson (@Trilllroman) July 2, 2019
Wilson burst onto the scene when he attended an Opening Regional and lit up the testing with a 4.37 40, a sub-4 shuttle, and a 39-inch vertical at a six-foot-even. He was the Alpha Dog per 247:
Roman Wilson - Hard to argue that anyone else had a more productive showing than the St. Louis (Honolulu, HI) receiver. Ears perked with great interest as word was going round that he ran a laser-timed 4.37 forty yard dash, and then he finished the camp with the top Nike SPARQ score of 124.59. His athleticism carried over into drill work and 1-on-1's, as he was simply too explosive for the competition.
He's also the Hawaii state champ in the 100 meter dash with a 10.6.
In the aftermath of the camp bust-outmost of the Pac-12 offered, along with Nebraska and Wisconsin. Family ties to Michigan won out over the prospect of a shorter flight and Michigan has its first outside WR prospect in the 2020 class.
Get to work, Ace!
Thanks Ace!

When is MgoBlog gonna start selling that sweet headgear Roman is wearing?
If they did, some asshole would create a post about how awesome it looks "BUT I WONT BUY IT BECAUSE THE FABRIC HURTS MY EARS"
Cotton sucks, bro. Give me the Gucci tri-blend.
Looks like a scrum cap.
4.37 40 WR
That, ladies and gentlemen is the type of recruit OSU has been destroying us with since 2006
Chris Olave is a perfect and also recent example. Only a 3 star recruit but he has the speed to torch any secondary in the country. He had a very productive freshman season last year and is expected to continue the wondrous tradition of speedy crossing route assassins that OSU is blessed to have every year.
Perfect for Gattis's offense.
Stargazers will have a field day with this. Only a 3 star?
Forget about what you saw on the field last year and the fact that Olave was the subject of a UM, OSU, PAC 10 recruiting battle.
Olave sucks because he is a lowly 3 star
Sometimes 3 stars are good. It’s really not that difficult to discern which ones to be excited about as recruits. This seems like a nice pickup. Would be shocked if he is a 3 star on signing day.
Especially since he’s a four star right now.
he will not be the first '3 star' UM receiver recruit that turned out to be a star, nor will he be the last
Braylon Edwards.
What's bothersome we got caught flat-footed with Olave and the mesh routes, as if we didn't scout properly. Meanwhile, dantoni andnoau seem to know our players better than we do..m the one best thing that Bo did was know his opponent and I do believe that we haven't kept page with osu on that.
Olave actually does not sport a very fast 40 time, at least not as reported in his recruiting profile.
Important that it's also coupled with the shuttle speed. Means he can break and explode.
Wow getting Roman does help with ED!
something something something chubby something something
What has the Roman ever done for us?
Did you hear about the happy Roman? He was Gladiator.
Gladiator?! He barely knew her!
The aquaduct?
And sanitation.
All right, but apart from the sanitation, the medicine, education, wine, public order, irrigation, roads, the fresh-water system, and public health, what has the Roman ever done for us?
- A 4.3 laser-timed 40??
Oh, shut up...
....what about sword fights???
Good thing Harbaugh did a satellite camp at Wilson's high school.
RIP satellite camps thank you for your blessings.
Long live the Roman Empire.
Is it possible that there could now be too much speed for the space? After all if guys are moving this fast theoretically everyone could be in the same place at the same time.
What if they start crashing into each other? Could we see a human hadron collider on the field of the Big House???
That's where some misdirection comes in yos!
Did osu have their guys running into each other, or ours?!
Unfortunately OSU had our guys running into each other, or haplessly trailing their guys.
But what if the "same place" is also everywhere?
Nothing like a little cultural appropriation...
Friends, Romans, countrymen, lend me your #SpeedInSpace
This class is coming along very nicely!
At first given this picture above I thought he looked like a possession receiver, hard working, overcomes limited talent, a Wes Welker type. Then on looking further I realized he's the super fast naturally gifted outstanding athlete type.
All the regulars see what you did there, and it wasn't cool. I won't make it more explicit since this kid and his family are probably reading this.
Why wasn't it cool? Genuine question, and I freely admit I may have a blind spot. It's a joke, and obvious one, which has been a meme before here
Don't reply to JPC like he said something that potentially made sense. It'll just encourage him to post more idiotic comments.
I misread "six-foot-even" as "six-foot-seven" and thought his measurables were freakishly outlandish.
Looking forward to seeing Roman doing #SpeedInSpace stuff. Welcome to Ann Arbor!
Same. I was baffled.
6' 7" with a 4.37 40 sounds intriguing until you get to the part that he weighs 175.
Looks like he'll fit in extremely well with the Gattis offense. He'll need to hit the weights when he gets here, but you can't teach that kind of speed. Welcome aboard Mr. Wilson!
Aloha and Mahalo!
When I saw the message board hello I looked up his 247 page and I thought it said he was 5'9" and was a little bummed. The six foot even was manna from heaven. Looking at his 247 page again it says he's the 59th WR. Whew! With a 4.37 at 6 foot tall he won't be 59th for long.
Wow! Nice get!! They have to keep him committed!! Go Blue!!
