If RR leaves, what happens to this blog?
December 3rd, 2010 at 10:08 PM ^
my mind was the A Bomb. Then I remembered how annoying they were getting haha. In all seriousness, I can't think of a better answer to sum up how this blog will react.
December 3rd, 2010 at 10:30 PM ^
the H Bomb? Cmon people, try something new.

lot of people changing their screen names I think
December 3rd, 2010 at 7:35 PM ^
then I'm screwed...
December 3rd, 2010 at 7:47 PM ^
You speak from experience. I remember the Charlie Weis era when your screen name was Shake Down the Blubber.
December 3rd, 2010 at 8:28 PM ^
+1 for being funny to quite funny. It appears that others agree.
December 3rd, 2010 at 8:57 PM ^
Why would anyone ever give up a screen name like "Shake down the blubber"?
December 4th, 2010 at 12:27 PM ^
Hell as an ND fan I would have kept that.

I wouldn't say sinking, more like we took on water but its being pumped out pretty quickly. Hopefully the same happens to you guys, or its quick and relatively painless
December 3rd, 2010 at 8:48 PM ^
I would say that is won't be quick and it will be painful. Too much emotional energy already invested in the process regardless of the outcome. It seems like the OSU game was a long time ago and its only been a week. Still trying to get that dagger out of my heart.
Ah, the lot of the fan.
Irish, where you have been all season?
December 3rd, 2010 at 10:28 PM ^
yeah it might be too late for quick and painless
I got a new job, I was doing a lot of moving, been nice to get back into football. Wish it hadn't taken this long though, missed a lot
December 4th, 2010 at 12:08 AM ^
i wanted to ask if you were Charlie Weis but then i saw you mentioned doing a lot of moving and that cleared it all up
December 4th, 2010 at 12:29 PM ^
He still might be... "Got a new job"... Weis got hired in KC... Things that make you go hmmm.
December 3rd, 2010 at 9:16 PM ^
I wouldn't say that beating a vastly overrated Utah, not going 0-2 against the service academies, and needing Ronald Johnson to drop a pass right in the numbers to beat USC's worst team in 9 years puts Notre Dame in any tier above where Michigan is at.......
December 3rd, 2010 at 10:42 PM ^
I can think of worse way to finish a season than to win on the road against your biggest rival, especially when ND's QB scored all of ND's and USC's points in the game. First year head coach improves over ND's record from last year with a tougher schedule and 2 first year starters at QB, one of which is a true freshman. Not to mention doing it while missing #1 RB, #1 QB #2 WR, #3 WR, #1 DT and #1 ILB. I mean ND could of lost on the road against its biggest rival.
ND's playing its best football at the end of the year, its been at least 8 years since I could say that. Kelly's changes are showing some promise
As for what tier ND is on, sagarin puts ND at 29th in the country, UM comes in at 46th
December 4th, 2010 at 12:09 AM ^
I think Kelly is a great coach and will do good things for ND. To be honest, I'm glad. I like when ND and OSU are good, as long as they always lose to Michigan. I would like them each to have only one loss every year, to us.
December 4th, 2010 at 4:04 PM ^
You sure you don't want to put extra emphasis on "biggest rival "one more time since USC is most certainly on the same level as OSU....

You guys are Returning To Glory?
December 3rd, 2010 at 10:39 PM ^
aren't we always?
December 4th, 2010 at 7:21 AM ^
Well played, my friend. Stay thirsty.
December 3rd, 2010 at 8:47 PM ^
I'm not so sure. We still have a Coach Shiano on here.

December 3rd, 2010 at 7:21 PM ^
There will be blood.
Edit: Sorry, I'm still at this murder trial. Been a long week,
December 3rd, 2010 at 7:21 PM ^
Milkshakes will be had?
December 3rd, 2010 at 7:37 PM ^
At this point, I'd rather have a banana cognac, but I will gladly drink all of your milkshakes.

Daniel Day Lewis is a fucking genious.
December 3rd, 2010 at 7:21 PM ^

Probably like when "Urkel" turns into "Ur'kel" or vice versa
December 3rd, 2010 at 7:21 PM ^
I will be bummed, but I will continue to support Michigan Football.
December 3rd, 2010 at 7:25 PM ^
I'm gonna post a whole lot of boob pictures.
Also, I wouldn't be surprised if some of the usual trollish suspects (KoB et al.) return back.
December 3rd, 2010 at 7:28 PM ^
Boobs are nice.
I hope McFarlin does not come back.

I guess Brian will have to change the blog's name to... mgoblog.
And the format will have to change. I suspect that in the new format, the blog will largely cover... University of Michigan athletics, with a particular focus on football, basketball, and hockey.
December 3rd, 2010 at 7:44 PM ^
Yeah, but there will be at least one major change. I suspect there will be no discussion of the World Cup for the next three years.
December 3rd, 2010 at 7:25 PM ^
and say
Then support the next coach
