and immediately thought oh I'll post something witty like "I'll take mine with extra mustard please", but alas you already made the hotdog reference

He doesn't look like the fasted kid in the world, but he is certianly elusive. He also appears to have a pretty good arm (with great touch on the deep ball) to go with pretty legit size. As a junior in HS, how could you not want to follow in the footsteps of Denard?

Psh, when was the last time FLORIDA produced a decent dual threat quarterback????

Sarcasm aside, Rivals actually has him listed as a Pro-style QB.
I dunno. He looked pretty Dual-threat to me from the video.
His stats show that he gained 300 yard on the ground his sophmore year. Maybe you need to gain more yards than that for Rivals to label you "Dual-threat".

I didn't look that far, but I guess that makes sense... Most of his highlights were passes, but even though he is not dilithium-fast, he does seem shifty enough for me to consider him a possible dual-threat (particularly in a RR system like we have).

Way early, but looks like Notre Dame might have the lead. ($, info in header)

Just want to point out that that article is from 9/3 and he wasn't holding an offer from us at that time.
September 28th, 2010 at 12:31 PM ^
we need a Coney.

He has dreds, so I guess that means he is solidly Michigan right?

ESPN every other week. Also the bigger news is Posada is out with an MCL injury.

Cameron is a legit 6'2/6'3, everybit of 215-220. Rocket for an arm. Decent, not great speed...4.65/4.7 ish, tough runner that runs over people...and get this...he's left handed.
Tim Tebow clone.

No wonder you are nearly -50 points. That kid is laughable (compared to Coney, not compared to me)
September 28th, 2010 at 1:39 PM ^
My concern is his listed 4.82 forty. That's fast lineman or mediocre linebacker speed, and if there's any fake at all to that he's not very fast.

He's had an offer for awhile now. I wrote about him about a month ago in one of my weekly updates.

- Ht:6'2"
- Wt:205 lbs
- 40:4.82 secs
- Bench Max:280
- Shuttle:4.67
- Vertical:25 inches
- GPA:2.9
- Class:2012 (High School)
He has dreads... his 40 time HAS to be faster than 4.82!
September 28th, 2010 at 2:35 PM ^
He seems very comfortable in the pocket and with passing, which is a big plus. His highlights dont' show him running too much, but when he did run he did not look like the listed 4.82...I mean Henne was listed as was a 4.6? Scary thought....
September 28th, 2010 at 2:46 PM ^
is 5 FAKE out of 5 FAKE. Funny that he was rated as one of the top dual threat QB when he can't scramble out of the pocket(he still struggle in getting out of the pocket to buy more time).
September 28th, 2010 at 10:02 PM ^
was a decent runner as a freshman. He was fattened up so he could take the pounding of the b10. I definatly remmeber Henne having wheels when he 1st got here.
September 28th, 2010 at 2:47 PM ^
considering that the highlight film was a sophomore. He'll get better and he'll grow, get faster and stronger. I suspect that he'll be able to run much better by the time he's done with HS football.

Is Plant City a rival of Tampa Plant?
September 28th, 2010 at 5:48 PM ^
But he looks good. Maybe a tad slow - but when you're comparing anyone to Denard, they look slow.
Key question: Does he have dreads?

First clip shows off his take of the dream shake...
