It HAS to be reviewed this offseason. If they want to call a penalty, fine. A warning? Okay, maybe. An ejection without clear evidence of intent to injure? That's horseshit.

It is terribly written. It is targeting if there is any contract to the head. It doesn't matter if there is no intent.

That play was a 50-50 ball but that isn't factored into the rule
