Spring Game Rewatch Thread

Submitted by Chuck Norris on

Replay of the game is currently on BTN in it's entirety, as well as on BTN2Go. Immediately after is a replay of the M-Florida game.

Midway through the first drive now.

I would say Speight was the leader going into the season. O'Korn has to close the gap on him. I get that Wilton is a Borges/Hoke guy, so he's looked at differently around these parts, but he's the clear starter at this point. If Shane sets up, O'Korn might be in for a redshirt, which was even mentioned by one of the coaches.

O'Korn used his redshirt last year because of his transfer. Of the top 5 QBs, only Peters has a redshirt to use. Malzone and Shane redshirted last year (though they could have burned them at any time) and O'Korn was ineligible. Speight redshirted the year before. O'Korn will very much be in the mix as much as any other and if it is close, may be getting snaps in the first few games along with whoever else is leading.

These are much better angles than the one we got at the stadium.  The stadium replay angle make me think he got in.  These make it clear he didn't.

So, steak dinner for Maize and hot dogs for Blue!

Solid QB play, Ty Issac, Drake Johnson and Kareem Walker all had nice runs, with Ty showing explosive speed.  Good coverage in the secondary, some good blocking, good tackling, and it was a great competitive game.  Excited about the upcoming season.

I'd have to watch a replay for the specific linebacker, but on one of his big runs the left-most LB missed the hole completely. It was the run where he juked Peppers at the end. Commence panic about LBs? Can anyone confirm who the LB was?

For those of you that like good basketball...(if you can stomach Sulinger and Draymond Green) Curry's putting on another shooting clinic. 24 points in the 3rd quarter alone. Seven or eight 3s now I believe (and has 9 turnovers)

For a Spring Game. There wasn't much slop, even amongst the young players. We are going to enjoy one hell of an amazing regular season and probably finish within the top five.

Despite playing on the road, I believe we'll beat both MSU and OSU in 2016. All Hail Harbaugh.

and delivering a message. Some really nice runs by Drake Johnson and Ty Isaac showing some speed on the edge. Did we just go from having serious questions about running back a year ago to perhaps a bountiful smorgasbord at that position this year?
