I watched the end of the first half, as BYU goes up 24-14. I go to write a paper, and turn it back on, and it's 28-27 NEB with :01 remaining. Of course, you know what happened next. It was weird that every time I turned it on, it went to shit for Nebraska. I was thinking before the last play, I hope I don't jinx them by watching. Squadoosh. Ballgame.

UNLV is playing Northern Illinois on CBSS. UNLV leads 7-3.

Their new coach is basically a Gerry Faust-type. Which isn't that bad unless you're a big time program.

UNLVs new coach will likely be a disaster. IIRC its Bishop Gormans old coach and BG basically pulls in elite talent from all over and mows people down. A number of us could probably coach them to the playoffs. My only guess is that UNLV is hoping he's marginally competent and they hire will help them grab kids from Bishop Gorman
