Seems like it. The team has regressed once Harbaugh players started leaving. But going to three bowl games in the first three years by Shaw is pretty good though.

I have to admit that the NW defense looks pretty stout and their offense is just about the opposite. Michigan is also stout on defense with a less than stellar offense. It couldn't possibly happen again...

No MOON. It is going to be sunny all day for the good guys.

I have no idea how good NU's defense is based on what I am seeing.

This is not a top 25 team. To be honest, Michigan looked better than Stanford does.

Let's be honest...Harbaugh is a great coach because he's proved it elsewhere. But his biggest accomplishment at Stanford was getting Andrew Luck to come there.
Stanford was good when they had him and "meh" when they didn't...not really a coincidence.
Harbaugh would've just been able to attract more top QB talent, where as Shaw cannot.

Oregon, ASU, USC and UCLA were all CLEARLY better.
I've got OSU, TCU, Auburn and USC. I've got zero confidence in that...and obviously I want to be wrong on the OSU. But at least I can reasonably argue those picks.
Picking Stanford was just idiotic.

NW is gashing them..can't tell if NW is good or Stanford is bad..they did lose a lot of starters on D.

Northwestern lets the third quarter end mercifully for Stanford as they are driving once more. They've not quote gotten to 250 yards of offense in the game yet (although that last run puts them over perhaps), but they've been making Stanford guess and guess wrong on quite a few plays all afternoon.

Watching NW makes me long for a competent blocking OL.

NW looks poised to take a two score lead. Let's see how they screw this up.

Stanford's defense is pretty weak from what I see. I give NU credit for executing but they aren't doing anything spectacular.

I think he had a chance if he had kept running and forced the linebacker to decide between him and the fullback.

Settled for a FG there but NW looks like they will test our rush D that looked pretty good thursday.

Can we please not punt the ball anywhere near Will LIkely when we play Maryland? I don't care how many guys we have near the ball.

NU is more than capable of beating solid teams.

guy gets suspended for the first half, and then has 3 catches for 3 Tds and 129 yds in the second.
