It's a Milwaukee Brewers hat.

Technically, a Milwaukee Braves hat, but the colors were changed to the Brewers colors.

Braves took their color scheme with them to Atlanta in 1966. The Brewers were always yellow and blue (and I believe moved from somewhere else). They did basically take their old hat and just change the colors with the same "M" logo, although the Braves pretty much took the old hat and just changed the letter with the same color scheme.
Haven't seen the show, but guessing it's one of the three yellow/blue M hats here:

The Brewers were the old Seattle Pilots.

Yes, it was the blue and yellow one, a New Era fitted with the MLB logo on the back.

Not sure how much was edited by his publicist called the NFL, but his Vision Quest like workouts after practice were pretty bad ass to see.
My only question is why wouldn't any dlineman trying to make the team just follow him around and do what he is doing?
Other good highlights were Romeo getting pissed, Obrien watching Mallet throw a horrid pick, Wilfork hooping and JJ Watt needling Wilfork to hulksmash a rookie in a drill.

I enjoyed watching it. I think you have to separate the "do it for the camera" moments from the real thing. I've never been a devoted viewer of this program, but it was definitely entertaining. I liked the way BOB handled himself as a head coach. Makes me happy that he's not still at Penn St.
It was a revelation that Romeo Crennell was still coaching. That dude has been around a loooooong time. According to wiki he started his coaching career back in 1970 at Western Kentucky
Hopefully I remember to tune in next Tuesday.

Funny. I referenced "Ballers" when describing Hard Knocks to someone in my office earlier today.

I work in TV and I just have to say it's crazy how fast they churn these episodes out. Quality episodes at that.
A few things. I like O'Brien seems like a good coach. I forgot how much coaches swear though, for the most part you just don't get that from leadership in the workforce now days.
No way Wilfork makes it through the season at that age and size.

I was very happy to see him leave PSU. He did a great job considering the mess he inherited.

Vince has only missed 18 games in a 12 year career that has included 21 playoff appearences. Most of them were from 2 years ago when he tore his achilles. He came back last year and played all 16 games plus won the Super Bowl. I get why people are concerned about his age but he's gonna be fine. He's still doing things like this:

He was doing a little grandstanding for the cameras but he really does work like that. He's the best because he puts in the work and doesn't get complacent. He reminds me of Jerry Rice.
