They count, but come on. Hoke didn't make Chesson fumble (which was arguably not a fumble). He didn't make Shallman fumble the kickoff. We are dominating them, but fluky shit is going their way.
The one thing that the coaches HAVE fucked up today is that 4th and 1 play.

I'm not arguing that turnovers are not important. Learn to read. The turnovers today have been random and fluky, aside from the Gardner pick (which was also tipped at the line). It will even out in the 2nd half. Turnovers are mostly random, as has been shown by this site many, many times.

The bad thing is the turnovers have killed us in a lot of games.

Well, the stat of the half is that we've gained 215 yards (120 passing, 95 rushing) to Miami's 88 yards (87 passing, 1 rushing), and yet some untimely miscues make this a mere 7-point game in our favor. If there is a minor upside, 4.3 yards per rush is the average right now, but mostly because Green rage - when we've seen it - looks rather nice.

Coach since Gary Moeller

Really, you're going to try and make the argument that Carr wasn't a good coach?
I really need to get off of this site. You are all a bunch of whiny, negative asses.

But you won't. You'll just come back for more.

Then again he might not be. Brandon's ego is bigger than Michigan's annual endowment. I have a hard time seeing Brandon firing Hoke unless we lose out, or Hoke is caught on video punting puppies.

However I do believe our coaches are not on the same page as each other. Michigans poor performance is do to the lack of urgency. This crap of run down the clock smash mouth football is old and out dated. I realize the tradition, I want to see that style again but I fear that our only choice at that greatness again is on harbough. But after the snuff that is now gone. No one understands that more than he

Questionable call on Darbohs TO, and a tipped ball on the other, but players have to hold on and make tough catch. Gardner throws the ball higher to Canteen on that last drive and we convert.
Now, one thing with Hoke is I think he needs to get on these guys on the TOs. Bo would have yanked the guys making turnover for a series minimum, including his QB. Not to ridicule them, but to make the point that if they can't make the plays, they won't be playing.

If the play clock wasn't reset, that's not on the coaches. It seemed quick to me.
Your internal clock knows to look at the play clock, but that seemed awful quick, usually you look at the clock knowing it's around the 10 second clock. I mean, think about it as a fan...when do you usually look at the clock?
That wasn't even close.
Now it may be on them, but I'm not positive and wouldn't be shocked if it comes out that the play clock wasn't reset after the timeout.
I personally think they stopped it with the timeout and it was counting down because we didn't get the first down...and then they just restarted it once the timeout was over and they didn't reset it and THEN restart it.
