Merry Christmas! Hope you all have a great day with your families.

Username checks out. Merry Christmas.
December 25th, 2020 at 9:36 AM ^
Merry Christmas to you too, OP and everybody else here.
We haven't exchanged gifts yet, but I'm certain it will be a mixed bag of fun.
December 25th, 2020 at 11:44 AM ^
Does "everybody else" include a certain koala nemesis?
Because that would definitely qualify as a Christmas miracle.
December 25th, 2020 at 1:21 PM ^
:-) haven't seen much of him since my mother dumped him for John O'Neill.
December 25th, 2020 at 9:41 AM ^
A white Christmas.
December 25th, 2020 at 10:23 AM ^
It’s not officially winter here until my dog poops on the deck due to the amount of snow covering it. We call that a decker decker. He clearly thinks if he can’t feel the boards, it’s fair game.
December 25th, 2020 at 9:43 AM ^
A warm heart from watching 1 and 3 year old girls having the best morning ever. Doesn’t get much better than that for Xmas.
December 25th, 2020 at 9:44 AM ^
Moderna vaccine yesterday ?
December 25th, 2020 at 10:05 AM ^
Come on Johnson & Johnson!
Let’s Goooooo!!!!!!
December 25th, 2020 at 9:47 AM ^
all are asleep still. barn chores done. wood stove stoked. stockings stuffed. going for a walk and listening to a sermon by another U of M grad. i have the second and third verse of silent night running through my head and it is so meaningful. when i get back it'll be 'game on', but for right now it is peaceful with some light snow falling outside.
like i said last night, merry Christmas everybody.
December 25th, 2020 at 2:16 PM ^
My man, that is poetry. Merry Christmas to you and your family.
December 25th, 2020 at 9:55 AM ^
Well THAT was an exciting Christmas eve.
I thought I'd suddenly gotten Covid finger, with major discoloration and pain. But, to my great relief, it was only a normal—but weird—inflammation that is already better.
Wishing good health to all. God bless us, every one.

Dewalt drill and driver kit... and the typical dad gifts...
December 25th, 2020 at 10:21 AM ^
Nice. I’m a Ryobi man. Love the versatility.
December 25th, 2020 at 10:36 AM ^
Agreed on Ryobi. I have just about all (one version of each) the Ryobi tools that take an 18 volt battery.
December 25th, 2020 at 10:44 AM ^
Makita or GTFO (not really gtfo, Merry Christmas), pro stuff only. There is such a difference in quality and real performance.
December 25th, 2020 at 11:02 AM ^
Very nice! Hard to complain about more power!! (Insert Tim Taylor grunting)
December 25th, 2020 at 10:03 AM ^
I got my son and daughter home safe for Christmas. Happy Holidays and Go Blue!

Ancestry dna cloning kit or something to that effect
December 25th, 2020 at 10:43 AM ^
I think you should know that they cooperate with law enforcement and are using DNA databases to solve cases. It’s how they caught the Golden State Killer.
December 25th, 2020 at 10:47 AM ^
Yeah don't do that.
December 25th, 2020 at 11:02 AM ^
I did that, too! It was worth it. I confirmed I am mostly Irish, 8% Scottish, 20% Italian, 2% Native American and was only sentenced to 9 months served with 2 years probation.
Not a big deal!
December 25th, 2020 at 11:09 AM ^
Don't do the tests or the serial killing? Or maybe just pick one and accept you can't have it all.
December 25th, 2020 at 1:42 PM ^
My sister did it last year and I chewed her ass out since we have the same DNA. Like it's not bad enough they have cameras everywhere and keep our location history in a database.
December 25th, 2020 at 10:59 AM ^
This is true. Timesuck episode 90
December 25th, 2020 at 1:44 PM ^
Yeah cuz those ancestry tests are where they get all that DNA...not the hundreds of millions of covid swabs people have gotten done. People always choose to be paranoid about the wrong things.
December 25th, 2020 at 2:24 PM ^
My wife (and her brother, wtf you guys have the same dna) did a 23 and me test. Found out they have a cousin that absolutely nobody in the family knew about. Congrats uncle Joe, it's a boy.
December 25th, 2020 at 4:52 PM ^
Yeah man, I did ancestry and I found 3 first cousins I had no knowledge of. My Dad was one of 8. Lots of secrets uncovered. LOL
December 25th, 2020 at 10:25 AM ^
Some new slippers and a bottle of Gingerbread Stout from the wife. Cozy inside and out.
Merry Christmas, all!

A drinking horn and some mead
December 25th, 2020 at 10:42 AM ^
Chase the mead with some Tuborg Gold.
December 25th, 2020 at 10:31 AM ^
Zoom chat Christmas morning with the whole famn damily. Let's see how this goes.
December 25th, 2020 at 10:55 AM ^
Point the camera at the kids and sit just out of frame. Keep your cup between 1/3 and 3/4 full at all times. No one will notice you’ve been drinking ;-)

My daughters made out like bandits.
I got an air fryer.
December 25th, 2020 at 10:48 AM ^
Didn't know Putin's daughters were like that.

Apple butter rub for smoked meats, nice bottle of vanilla for cooking, mixing glass set, escuminac maple syrup and an Apple Watch. My family loves me very much and treats me well. Probably much better than I deserve.
Merry Christmas!
December 25th, 2020 at 2:39 PM ^
That all sounds great! Will look into Apple butter rub for sure. When will escrow close on the vanilla? Prices have climbed to the absurd.
December 25th, 2020 at 10:43 AM ^
Merry Christmas all!
December 25th, 2020 at 10:50 AM ^
Merry Christmas Morning!! I was woken up at 3:19 AM by a torrential downpour, after it rained all day yesterday. I hope Santa had his foul weather gear on! He left me a mixing bowl set and a basting cup/brush set - which will be used later with the prime rib that will be going on the smoker shortly. Hopefully, the rain will stop so I can cook it without the deck umbrella!
Hope everyone has a great day - capped by a win in Omaheehaw this evening!
December 25th, 2020 at 10:51 AM ^
Merry Christmas! We have our health and everything we need, and loved ones to share it with. I wish you all the same.
December 25th, 2020 at 10:53 AM ^
Merry Christmas to everyone! Hope everyone is safe, happy, full, and surrounded by love! Wife and I didn’t exchange much this year, but our 3.5 year old finally gets the magic of Christmas. She came running into our room at 7:45 this morning waking us up saying “there’s presents! Come look guys!” I fucking love being a parent.
December 25th, 2020 at 10:54 AM ^
My parents got me a new set of golf clubs, totally out of the blue. I'm 36 and can afford my own set and we are past the age of splashy xmas gifts, so it was a major surprise, but well appreciated. Calloway irons with heavy steel shafts with 3 and 4 hybrids up to the gap wedge and a cobra driver and 3 wood.
December 25th, 2020 at 11:58 AM ^
That is a splashy gift! Which Cobra driver did you get? I bought a used FMax about 4 months ago and its made a huge improvement over my 20 ye old Bazooka
December 25th, 2020 at 12:48 PM ^
King SZ. 10.5 with +/- 1.5 degree of adjustability. I was flying 280 off the tee at the range. Ball was exploding off the face.
December 25th, 2020 at 10:59 AM ^
Possibly a virus. I was at O'Hare yesterday (long story ... not thrilled about air travel at this stage and feeling a little more like part of the problem than part of the solution, but whatevs) and it was every bit the COVID-19 shitshow you'd expect. I'll get back to you in a few days.
Best wishes to everyone for a great Christmas.
