You can't blame Bellomy. He has no game experience outside of cleanup duty, and most of the time he was handing off to Rawls anyway. He has one in-game completion prior to today.

This is an incredibly intimidating environment for a guy with minimal experience, and knowing full well how much is at stake.

All of you calling out Bellomy probably should realize he had no time to warm up, has faced nothing but blitzes and shit calls from Borges. Borges should see they're blitzing the house and throw a screen pass to get his confidence up. You can't expect him to come in and be better then Denard. Trolls.

I just really don't get the playcalling sometimes. Bellomy comes in, high pressure situation, and you call four straight passes. Fuck, Al. Why don't you just come take my sandwich too?

You come out on there 45....probably need to get 10-15 yards. Not sure you can run the ball in that situation. Bellomy needed to hit Funchess wide open on the flat route.

Here's hoping that Denard comes out in the 2nd half....Nebraska gets 2nd half kick-off. Defense needs to play a really good half of football!

Go Blue!

Hoke did say Denard "will be alright" when asked about the second half. Hopefully that means he'll be back in.

Borges has 15 minutes to either get Denard healthy, calm down Bellomy, or get Gardner ready. One bad drive (give credit to their "pick-play" execution). Other than that drive Michigan's Def is playing well......GO BLUE!

Halftime meltdown mitigation post: The game isn't over. It's halftime. We're down by a meager one point and aside from one drive our defense has stifled Nebraska. Denard may yet come back, but even if he doesn't Bellomy or Gardner are both more than capable of winning this game. The status of Taylor Martinez is equally unknown. And finally:
