O-line collectively
October 30th, 2011 at 6:09 PM ^
This is a dumb thread and should be deleted.
October 30th, 2011 at 6:42 PM ^
agreed
October 30th, 2011 at 9:12 PM ^
.. how is this dumb and should be deleted. It is just something to blog about, something we are all excited about; the incoming class.
On offense, I am most excited for the collection of O-Linemen we have, and adding one more would be awesome. But if we add Brionte and Jordan Payton, than that collection would probably become my favorite.
On defense is is Royce Jenkins-Stone, I think he is gna have a great start of a college career along an already developing stud in Jake Ryan. But if we pick up Yuri Wright, he would be my instant favorite. I think he is going ot be a stud.
Sleeper pick: Pharoh Brown, argueably the most athletic recruit we have committed. Whereever he ends up at , rush lb, de, te, or wr(would be awesome) i think he is going to be a known name to say the least.

Your mom.

This is a bit tougher to answer now that I've looked at Purdue's commit list and none of them are four stars...
New coach, new tradition. So I'll say Dunn after Hoke shows off his wizard hat and snake oil.
October 30th, 2011 at 9:26 PM ^
Right now, I don't see Dunn turning...I know he is taking an official, but unless something drastic happens at tOSU, I just don't see it happening
October 30th, 2011 at 9:47 PM ^
Agreed, with OSU's success of late and no major sanction announced. Dunn is pretty much a lock for Ohio.
October 31st, 2011 at 2:12 AM ^
is that considering the fact Ohio had 2 violations since they put themselves on probabtion?
October 30th, 2011 at 10:02 PM ^
B. Dunn is already a silent commit. Where ya been?
October 31st, 2011 at 9:37 AM ^
offense: Kalis for obvious reasons
defense: MARIO OJEMUDIA FERGODSAKES. putting up huge stats on a very good team. not far behind would be tom strobel, terry richardson, and joe bolden
October 30th, 2011 at 6:10 PM ^
James Ross. If he was 6'3" instead of 5'1", he would probably be a five-star. His instincts are excellent, and instincts are what we currently lack from the linebacker position. I expect him to start as a freshmen.

kalis
October 30th, 2011 at 6:16 PM ^
Kyle Kalis. Defense, James Ross.
October 30th, 2011 at 6:18 PM ^
All of them no matter how they pan out, they will all be part of the team.
October 30th, 2011 at 6:20 PM ^
Royce Jenkins-Stone and Jarrod Wilson.
October 30th, 2011 at 11:30 PM ^
+1 Jarrod Wilson. Highly rated ball-hawking safety with a chance to play early.
October 30th, 2011 at 6:21 PM ^
Chris Barnett.

Lloyd Brady

Kind of hard to choose. I've always been a huge fan of Ringer but Ill go with Ojemudia, WDE has not been a position of strength this season and I think he can make an impact from day 1.

Mitch Mcgary
October 30th, 2011 at 9:28 PM ^
I love this...
It's funny...it seems that no one really knows what is going on with Mitch, but everyone seems to suspect UM is in the lead
October 30th, 2011 at 9:58 PM ^
I see someone thinks mentioning Mitch McGary in a thread about 2012 recruits is trolling...esp when the thread didn't specify a sport
October 30th, 2011 at 6:30 PM ^
shane morris! we need a qb who can throw!
October 30th, 2011 at 6:33 PM ^
I think the three that may play right away are Kalis, RJS, and Pipkins.
They could fill areas of need and that fires me up!
October 30th, 2011 at 10:27 PM ^
I think RJS is probably the least likely of the LB's to make an early impact. See: every Cass Tech player UM has recruited in the past few years (except Thomas Gordon).
October 30th, 2011 at 6:33 PM ^
Standifer. I really think he's going to outperform his star ratings.
October 31st, 2011 at 9:42 AM ^
I feel the same way about Gant. I don't think he'll have an early impact, but I think he'll develop into a defensive leader and solid contributor his Jr and Sr year.
October 30th, 2011 at 6:36 PM ^
Brionte Dunn :)
October 30th, 2011 at 6:47 PM ^
October 30th, 2011 at 9:03 PM ^
Pipkins, Wilson and Terry. Pressure= picks with those 2 back there :)
October 30th, 2011 at 9:07 PM ^
Joe Bolden is going to be good. I feel good about Godin, Pharaoh Brown, and Strobel, too.
October 30th, 2011 at 9:07 PM ^
Of (the awesome) parts.
October 30th, 2011 at 9:16 PM ^
could I pick just one, but I ma most excited about the defensive side I see 6 or so 3 year starters with the linebackers really impressing me. I cant wait till 4 or 5 years from now to see how well this class turns out.
October 30th, 2011 at 9:16 PM ^
Zach Banner and Yuri Wright.
Oh, of kids already committed? Pipkins and Magnuson.
