OT: 3 or 4 loaners?
I'm no lawyer (outside of bird law, of course), but if pryor's lawyer wants to claim that the number of loaners isn't 8 as reported, shouldn't he know EXACTLY how many? It's pretty easy to differentiate between 3 cars and 4 cars isnt it? I don't know if I'm reading too much into it, but it just seems that he just indirectly revealed that he is in the process of picking a number to make his case, meaning that both numbers are likely incorrect.
I think this just means they have created, er found, paperwork for 3 cars and hope to be able to come up with something for the 4th. This story continues to stink, despite the recent justification offered by TP and his (suddenly wealthy) mom.
Doesnt he have 5 in pictures?
I grew up in a fairly well off family, and had 1 car at age 16-17, a worse one from 18-24, and on occassion drove my mothers 4x4 Jimmy with leather when I needed to try to get chicks. I don't know why its hard to figure out. Who are these people?
But you aren't going to get a million dollar plus signing bonus the moment you leave college.
Neither is TP
What, the Raiders aren't an NFL team anymore?
My parents own a business and I drove 3 cars from sophomore year of high school until now. 11 years. This kids mother is poor and he's driven 8 in 3 years. Something is up.
We're both men of the law.
Now, let's say you and I go toe-to-toe on bird law and see who comes out the victor?
Look, buddy. I know a lot about the law and various other lawyerings.
Love the Philly reference. It seems like to me that he and those close to him were/are getting some kind of benefits.
He soaked up Philly like a sponge !

(not smart enough to embed - so sorry)
I don't know why this amuses me, but it does. Guess Philadelphians probably don't find it as funny. Or maybe they all laugh because they know someone like that. I don't really know.
Embedding video:
- Copy the embed code from YouTube.
- Switch MGoBlog to plain text editor.
- Paste embed code.
- Switch back to rich text editor and look for the box that says "flash".
- ?
- Profit.
we'll see if I can follow those relatively simple directions next time :-)
No problem. There's also a YouTube video on how to embed video (inception !!) on here somewhere. I'm sure searching "embedding video" or something similar will bring it up if you ever need it.
The small kitten is wriggling in the loving embrace of the big cat's logical arguments and Top 30 point total. C'mere you:
to explain how many cars you have driven over the last 3 years ---
you got trouble
Jay leno, probably needs an accountant for that

In high school I drove a 1986 BMW 3 series that broke down several times weekly and was missing the door panels. It was probably the biggest pile of junk in the high school parking lot, and that's saying something. But I always told the ladies "I drive a BMW" when they asked because it was priceless to see the looks on their faces when they saw my car because you know they were expecting something nice.
I had to give that bad boy to the junkyard a few years ago because it needed some minor mechanical work that exceeded the total value of the car (approx. 3 bags of bbq chips and a pair of used sneakers if I had to guess it's actual value). I actually miss it big time, though.
"Did you give him a car? Ricky, did he give you a car?"
"It's just a loaner coach."
"It's just a loaner. He's gonna give it back."

Not governed by reason.
I am sure any local yokel can go the Columbus area dealers and take out loaners for an extended period of time for no money down....
I don't understand this argument of loaner cars. When I take my car into the shop, they give me a loaner only if I PAY for one. I've only known my parents to get a "free" loaner and that's probably b/c they drove a luxury vehicle. This is auto-loans. Not the local Lexus dealership.
To me it stinks of improper benefits. What 19-20 year old kid gets not only one loaner, but multiple. Is his car really getting fixed that often? How is he paying for that b/c that sounds expensive. Merchandise exchanging expensive.
I'm surprised every reporter within 500 miles of that dealership hasn't gone to try to get the loaner cars for long weekend trips out of state that they give out to Pryor like lollipops. If he didn't get any special discount not available to the general public, this should be easy to come by.
Improper benefits? If he has been in enough accidents to need 8 loaner cars, forget his license, how much is insurance?
I'd like to see how he paid for that insurance bill every month.
His car(s) may have broken down. No one is saying he was in any accident.
How might that conversation go?
Kniffin: "'Sup, Terrelle? You already back again?"
TP: "Need another ride, man. You keep giving me these @#%ing pieces o' sh-t."
Kniffin: "Now, remember, Terrelle. We talked about this the last time. Cars need gas to operate. You need to fill it up when the needle gets near 'E'."
TP: "Man, maybe I need to take my b'ness to another dealer."
Kniffin: "All right, Terrelle. Here are the keys to the 350Z out back."
His license was suspended for driving without insurance.
Loaner cars are beat up Neons....I doubt any of his loaners fit that description.
But he never paid it. The boosters did!
I wonder what happened to that nice Dodge Charger he traded in for his Nissan that it needed to go. Bitches weren't giving him enough action, so it's time for a new ride.
I always just thought ncaa athletes driving awesome cars where the norm. I remember seeing alot of buckeyes in crazy expensive cars going back to the late 80ies early 90ies, I'm sure sure folks in columbus are just kind of numb to it. I remember Lawrence Funderburke rocking a porchse back when he was playing for OSU and Eddie George had a pimped truck . I also Remember David Boston getting turned away from a club entrance for being underaged lol. When we laughed about it ( after we realized who he was) he started talking to us and wanted to race me
