I know they rotate home and away annually between the divisions for B1G championship game, but I really wish (as the higher-ranked team) we were able to wear the iconic blue top, maize pants that's the signature of our program.

When women reach a certain age they begin to amass a wardrobe of holiday-themed sweaters and such that they pull out once a year. They do this for each other because I always notice them telling each other "That's a really nice top!" They seem to really bolster each other up in this way, and I think it's nice. This is what they're doing in all those little boutiques in the tourist towns, flipping through the racks. Looking for the next "that's a nice top" score.

Call me old school--and I am--but I love the classic--iconic--blue over maize. That said, it's never about what you wear, but how you wear it. Here's hoping there's tons of white jerseys celebrating in the end zone and in Iowa's backfield!

I have a preference before the game starts, but to be honest, if you asked me what jerseys we were wearing in the game, during a commercial break of that game -- I probably wouldn't be able to tell you.

while i do love the vibes of the blue pants, the all whites look much better aesthetically to me. not a fan of white on blue (tho it's fine for once a year vs nebraska or maryland or whatever). the blue on blues are majestic, and i'm fine keeping that as the permanent osu home kit.

I also like wearing the all-whites against a team like Iowa that has a dark helmet and dark jersey. The navy pants don't pop as much against a team like that.

It's really incredible how terrible the adidas uniforms were, especially in football and basketball.
I understand that back when that deal was signed in like 2006, they were paying orders of magnitude more than Nike was to top schools at the time, but the quality and look was not befitting an athletic department of Michigan's stature.

Agreed. Whether it’s with the blue jersey or the white, it’s hard not to associate the blue pants with major “fight in the dog” vibes. I love em.
