Great response by the team after the Purdue screw job! To handle #4 and #5 like that in back to back games makes me believe that we can make legitimate noise in March.

Impressive effort and composure from start to finish. The game and the moment was definitely not too big for them. They'd been in tough games before. I really liked what Moe said during a timeout about not letting the flashy dunks and crowd get inside your head. Be a competitor, and rise above that stuff. They certainly did just that. Defense and rebounding was top notch. Only see this team growing and improving from this point forward. Next up, MD on Monday. Go Blue!

We still have Purdue and OSU to go and we are RIGHT in the race for the Crown

Beating that Purdue team in West Lafayette will be tough.  Think they're the clear favorites in the conference.  Not impossible for us, especialy if Wagner can make the outside shot and get their seven footers out where they are not comfortable.  But tough

If you had asked me on Monday which would UM basketball rather win: at home vs Purdue or on the road vs Sparty, I would have laughed at you.  OF COURSE YOU'D RATHER WIN AT MSU. UM basketball is legit and will now be in the AP top 25.
 
Continue playing like that, and #3-#6 seed in the NCAA tourney is a realistic possibility.

YEAH!!!  What a great game.  Can't remember the last time I saw 40 minutes of intensity on boht ends of the floor.  What a fun and exciting team.  Yes, good to know Mo is back.  Poole and Livers weren't even big contributors today which is a great sign since they will be huge going forward.  Love this team!!  Swag is back.
