Solomon trending to Bama?

Feel free to shoot the messenger. Sam Webb posted an article ($) in regards to Solomon reporting that his mind is made up. I do not pay, so I don't know the content, but the Twitter reactions seem to indicate that it sounds like he's going to be headed to Bama. Boo. EDIT: Posting using phone autocorrect is a dangerous proposition. Fixed the spelling errors. Although to be fair, Soloman does sound like an antisocial super hero, which would be interesting.

That's harsh, but not completely off base. I actually tend to agree. I choose to look at what's taken place since Harbaugh came as improvement and exceeding expectations, not "hasn't won shit." My guess is that we lose on Gay and get Solomon. Harbaugh seems to be purposely impressing player's families knowing a kid from the South is going to prefer Bama or LSU. The kid who's family cares enough to strongly encourage him toward the maize and blue are the kinds of kids we're looking for. Future Michigan men!

If he goes to Alabama, then I'm convinced Saban is behind some of this stuff to show up Harbaugh. Too much of a coincidence that Harris and Solomon both follow similar routes of saying they're going Bama and then teasing Michigan for a few weeks before reaffirming Bama. It's enough of a tease to draw national attention.

If he is stating graduation rates and football success are his deciding factors, isn't that Alabama all the way? Granted we aren't talking quality of the degree, and harbaugh hasn't been around long enough.

Solomon has been trending to Alabama for a while now. It doesnt matter what the insiders say trying to dissect every word from interviews they have with him. Solomon has said himself "Bamas lead is big". It's the same with Willie Gay he is trending LSU.

We need to keep our expectations in check as many of us do get carried away, myself included. Getting Willie Gay or Solomon is unlikely.

With that being said we have a stellar class as is and it looks like we will even be adding to it with Oliver Martin

and he will be the one to stuff Najee on a 4th and 2 in the 4th quarter to seal a Michigan victory over  Bama in the National Championship game 3 years from now.   At least  next Wednesday is just around the corner.

I still like our chances with Aubrey. His Mom appears to be VERY influential in his decision making and seems to be sold on UofM. The Mom is too smart to let him make a dumb decision like Najee did.
